Spain, Morocco and Portugal

The coordination was superb

Spain and Portugal was excellent. Morocco need improvement as lot of time was spent in shops

Highlights of the tour is surely the camel ride and 4-wheel drive in the Morocco desert. It was exhilarating and fun for us.

This was our second trip with you. last year we took Greece-Turkey tour. Itinerary overall was good. Most hotels were good, two of them below average, two excellent. Overall experience was good except following two complaints. 1. Our tour was supposed to be only English speaking except one area but the whole tour was bilingual Spanish and English. Spanish was given more importance which is not we were told by our agent. 2. Most disappointing was that at two places, Spanish speaking people were place at very good hotels one was Hilton while we English speaking were placed at average/below average hotels. This was not good at all. We did complain to the Guide and our travel agent and both of them have forwarded our complaint to you. Hope above two complains are in order and you will look in to them. our trip was excellent. we are very happy with Aman Gonzalez, our you guide fro Barcelona to Granada. He was very caring and helpful. our tour guide Karim in Morocco was excellent.

ver well coordinated trip. everything was as expected. covering lots of places in the itiniery.

The organization of the tour is excellent. Everything was coordinated effectively. A point for improvement to consider, consider replacing some of the hotels used as some of the hotels are old and dilapidated.

lf Tour bus can have better air condition and better air ventilation like heat and cool air
