Was an amazing trip with an amazing trip manager, everything about the trip was really great. I seriously have no complaints about it. If I could change something it would be to disclose the price of the FTA’s before the trip starts just for people to budget abit better but they were so worth it. Definitely recommend.
Hard to pick a single favorite experience because there were so many great experiences. The food, the palaces and cathedrals were fantastic. So much history! Touring the wineries was a lot of fun as I had no experience with the wines we tried . It was fun to learn about Port and Rioja wines. The Douro Valley ( wine region ) was gorgeous. Staying at the winery hotel was an experience, the views of the terraced hills was amazing!
It was absolutely wonderful to be on this tour thru Spain and Portugal. I like Sevilla with its old town and cathedral, but I was mesmerized by Cordoba an old Mosque - Cathedral and 2000 years old Roman bridge we walked thru. I also loved Toledo that I visited 20 years ago, but it looked to me much better. Barcelona stole my heart - Sagrada Familia is build up and gorgeous. Spanish People are wonderful to be with - warm, funny and happy, the food is delicious - paella and the restaurants are great. Forgot about Valencia - old town and modern Art and Science Center built by Santiago Calatrava (Oculus in New York City is his as well) Portugal is a bit different and people more reserved. I was happy to be there and see Columbus' and Vasco De Gama's graves. Great tour, recommend to all.
The itinerary is very detailed for someone looking to explore the various historically significant buildings or places. The planning and execution of certain thing one may take for granted such as baggage handling ng, hotel check in etc are very well coordinated.
Pedro our tour guide is very knowledgeable, professional, kind in every way. May the tour very relaxed and enjoyable. The only thing negative about the traveling . The travel from Newark to Barcelona was very tiring because we missed the connection and have to stayed at the airport until the next morning. Thank God for Deacon Denny who was able to arraigned us to fly to Switzerland To Barcelona the next morning. Thank you Hope we get a refund
I loved all of it. The most rememberable was the Rosary at night in Fatima with the procession. Seeing people from all over the world praying the Rosary in their own language with a joy to see the Love of our Blessed Mother and our Lord.
