Italy and Switzerland ROT

Ignacio, our tour guide is great. He made our trip flawless. He has a calm demeanor and don’t get angry even if some of the tourists are not following instruction. But always tells us in a proper way, that is not hurting. Kudos, Ignacio. Your the best Italy and Switzerland November 13 to 18, 2023

The tour guide Gabby was amazing on our bus. Also the bus drivers were great on getting us to places with know problems. Only thing on the 2 buses the washrooms were not working we were not allowed to us them and the Wi-Fi was not working if this is included with the bus it should be provided, they did try to stop every 2 1/2 hours so we could use the bathroom. We enjoyed most of the places we visited especially Switzerland and Lugano wished we stayed there longer a beautiful place. The Hotels we nice but the beds were hard and the pillows we dont call them pillows....regarding the tour people in the cities the one we enjoyed was Philip he was amazing explained everything in Rome, wished he was with us in the other cities because did not enjoy them at all could not hear them radios were not working getting interference with other tours around us that we had to shut off radios and did not know what we were looking at. Regarding the first day of the tour there should be someone there greeting us and explaining what will be happening, there was nothing on the board and we were all lost on who was taking us to town that night. It was not Gabbys fault because she was coming back from a weeks tour, you need someone from your company to help us with our needs. Regarding the whole tour there is some places we spent too much time and some places we dont have enough time to enjoy lunch that we have to be back in 2 hour, especially Pisa we were to rushed that day. Also in Austria not enough time to eat something. regarding the one lunch that was provided we had in Switzerland was not to anyones liking we ate it because we were hunger. You also need to included a dinner especially when your touring all day long its hard to find a restaurants a dinner should be included. You need to time the places better so your guest have enough time to get back to the bus. We were a family of 4 with 2 Teenage children they enjoyed it very much but is was very tiring just off and on the bus. It was a great experience thank you GABBY and Philip and our buses drivers we enjoyed our new friends we made from the bus from all over the world.....one more thing the last day of the tour since we arrive late at the hotel that night should be included with the tour. Nothing was explained to us on the place where we were going to be left at so we had to find our own hotel for that night which I believe it should be included we had to pay for another hotel and transportation to get there. This should be included in your tour package....

We got to see a bit of everything we wanted to see. The schedule was just right. Our tour leader, Gaby was great
