Itinerary
Explore Spain on this 9-day tour from Costa del Sol, visiting the Alhambra and Generalife in Granada, then travelling through Guadix and Baza to Valencia. Continue to Barcelona to see Montjuic Park, the Olympic Ring, La Rambla, and the Gothic Quarter, then on to Zaragoza and Madrid for a city tour. Head south to Córdoba to explore the Mosque-Cathedral and Jewish Quarter, then to Seville for Maria Luisa Park, Plaza de España, the Cathedral’s exterior, Giralda, and Santa Cruz. Conclude via the White Villages with a stop in Ronda to view the El Tajo gorge and Puente Nuevo before ending in Costa del Sol.
day 1Costa del Sol to Granada & the Alhambra
Costa del Sol – Granada. We depart from Costa del Sol at 7:45 AM and journey to Granada. Upon arrival, we explore the stunning Alhambra and Generalife, former residences of the Moorish kings, renowned for their exquisite fountains, gardens, and arches. Later, we will enjoy dinner and check in at your accommodation. There is also the option to visit the Sacromonte caves to experience a traditional gypsy flamenco show.
Please note: This tour is bi-lingual and will be conducted in Spanish as well as English. If the Patronato of the Alhambra and Generalife cannot provide tickets for specific dates, participants will enjoy a guided tour of Granada instead, including the Palace of Carlos V, the Archaeological Museum, the Church of Santa María de la Alhambra, the Royal Chapel, the Alcaiceria silk market, and Cathedral Square.
