day 1 - Arrive Naples -pompeii -sorrento

Arrive at Naples, a city rich in its history, resplendent with soul-stirring art and lip-smacking Italian food. Your private driver will be waiting for you to drive you to Sorrento. En route, explore the historical city of Pompeii, Europe’s most compelling archaeological site is a living example of the destructive power of Vesuvius. The two-hour guided visit lets you walk around the remains of these impressive and ill-fated sites to get a feel for what life was like in Roman times before the eruption. Continue your drive to arrive and check in at Sorrento. The rest of the day is at leisure.

day 2 - Sorrento -capri-sorrento

After breakfast, discover one of the world’s most enchanted places, a beautiful island in the Tyrrhenian Sea that lies in front of Neapolitan Bay. Pick up from and hotel and transfer to the port of Piano Di Sorrento for a private boat transfer to Capri, the most famous island in the Gulf of Naples, one of the most visited holiday destinations in the world. Cruise through breathtaking spots and explore its picturesque landscapes. The tour will take you along the coast to visit the White, Green, and Blue Grotto (tickets not included) to the Marina Piccola Bay, Faraglioni rock formations an ideal place for a swim. A stop in Marina Grande will allow you to have a coffee espresso and pastries in a cafe or explore the landscape of the island (own expense). You will have time to walk around and admire the characteristic and narrow streets of the island or the luxurious Capri shops in Camerelle. After the tour, a private transfer back to the hotel.

day 3 - Sorrento

Today after breakfast, the day is at leisure to explore Sorrento at your own leisurely pace. Sorrento is a town of lemons, high-pedigree hotels and plunging cliffs that cut through the heart of the historical core. Perhaps you can wander through Piazza Tasso, one of Italy’ finer strolls, snaking past palatial hotels, magnificent marquetry shops and simple Campanian restaurants serving local delicacies.

day 4 - Sorrento -amalfi Coast - Minori

In the morning after breakfast, set out for a private excursion to explore the scenic Amalfi coast - one of the most enchanting coastlines in the world. Trundle from village to village, exploring every nook and cranny and soaking up the beauty of this world-famous coastline. Twisting coastal roads snake along the dramatic rock faces. Pastel-washed towns spill down cliffs towards the sea and trailing bougainvillea and zesty lemon groves add the perfect finishing touches. The first main town you will reach is Positano which showers down the cliff-side, its near-vertical alleys crammed with cafes and boutiques. After a stop head to the seaside town of Amalfi which you will stop for a spot of lunch and a wander around the town and its pretty church. Finally, head up to the hillside town of Ravello where there are breathtaking views along the coast towards the city of Salerno. Reach Minori and check in at the hotel for your overnight stay.

day 5 - Minori

After breakfast, start your day in Minori, a poor cousin to its most popular refined coastal towns of Amalfi and Positano, Minori seems more realistic with its festive seafront, pleasant beach, atmospheric pedestrian shopping streets and noisy traffic jams. The day is at leisure to explore the town at your own leisurely pace. Perhaps you can stroll down to the 1st-century Villa Roma Antiquarium, a typical example of splendid homes that Roman Nobles built as holiday retreats before the eruption of Mt Vesuvius in AD 79, or can try some mouth-watering pastries and Scialatielli, the fresh Pasta the town is famous for since medieval time.

day 6 - Minori - Amalfi Coast - Minori

Today after breakfast, spend an unforgettable day venturing off the beaten paths into the lemon groves of the Amalfi coast. Learn about the cultivation of lemons, an art going back to ancient times. Continue to reach a sea sight terrace where a typical lemon-flavored lunch (included) will be served and some little secrets about the multiple uses of this fruit unique in the world will be revealed, either in the culinary and therapeutic fields. Return to the hotel for the rest of the day at leisure.

day 7 - Minori - Naples

Enjoy breakfast and drive back to Naples to arrive and check in at the hotel. A brief rest is followed by two hours walking tour of the city. Naples is a magical place where colors, flavors, culture and history are intertwined in a charming mix of knowledge, joy and fun. The area is loomed over by Mount Vesuvius and overlooks a marvelous bay, whose beauty has served as driving inspiration for many an artist. After breakfast, unravel the art of making real Neapolitan pizza. Head to a historical Neapolitan pizzeria for a live pizza demo of how Pizzas are made. You get a chance to prepare one of your own pizza Margherita: preparing the dough, topping the pizza with toppings, and baking the pizza in a wooden oven. A Master pizza chef will teach all the secrets to a perfect pizza. Devour the pizza you prepared with a glass of complimentary alcoholic drink and a dessert before heading back to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure or explore more of Naples on your own.
