Annapurna Base Camp Trek

I went solo in low season (Jan) and it was amazing! It was cold at night, but i had the trail and all of the lodges to myself. That's how I like it. If you prefer a more solitary experience, this is the time to do it. Also, blue skies the entire time. I did 12 days that included Poon Hill and Anapurna Base Camp. Ramesh was my guide and he was the best! He really knows his stuff took care of everything. Such a great person too. I had been wanting to do this for 20 years and I was not disappointed. Seriously the trip of a lifetime. This outfit was recommended to me by word-of-mouth, and I'm telling everyone who will listen to come to Nepal and get into the mountains with these guys!

Our guide Ramesh was professional, very attentive, and flexible. He knew how to listen and adapt according to everyone's desires and needs. Everything was done in order to be able to complete the tour, thanks to a well-considered acclimatization. The price was very affordable for excellent quality of all services. I had an amazing time on the annapurna base camp trek and our guide Megendra was amazing. He took care of every detail for us and ensured we had the best time!

The trek to the base camp was beautiful. At times it was difficult with lots of steps but overall worth it. I loved the amazing views and friendly locals.

We trekked for nine days and seven nights. The weather was perfect in November, clear skies nearly the entire route. I felt the pace was perfect even though some days took us 10 hours in between. The terrain was pretty strenuous at times, but we persevered one step at a time. Our guide Megandra, was absolutely amazing, our trek would not be what it was without him. He kept our spirits high and felt like a friend the whole way, we had so much fun with him. Thank you for this wonderful adventure 🙏

When I booked my trip with this local travel specialist I did not make a lot of research about the trail and how they operate, because I wanted to be amazed by the experience and be surprised by the views and the mountains!!! Having a knowledgeable and experienced guide is essential for trekking in the Himalayas, as they can provide insights into the local culture, geography, and weather. A porter is also essential to carry the heavy equipment and supplies, allowing you to focus on the trekking experience. Overall, the Annapurna Base Camp trek was an unforgettable experience for me that I would highly recommend to anyone who loves adventure and wants to witness the beauty of the Himalayas.
