day 1 - Arrive in Kathmandu

Welcome to the land of the Himalayas! On arrival at the airport in Kathmandu, you will be met by our representative at the arrival terminal and transferred to your hotel in a private vehicle.

day 2 - Mountain flight & Kathmandu city tour

Enjoy one hour's mountain flight today and see the stunning Himalayas from the seat of your plane. After the mountain flight is over, it's time to go out on a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city and see some of its major heritage sites, including Kathmandu Durbar Square, the Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath (one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world) and Swayambhunath, popular among the foreigners as the Monkey Temple, owing to the large number of monkey population residing in the area.

day 3 - Patan and Bhaktapur sightseeing tour

Your Kathmandu Valley tour continues today with a visit to Patan and Bhaktapur. See Patan Durbar Square, known for its ornate palaces, temples and shrines as well as exquisite carvings. Travel to Bhaktapur, a repository of ancient craftsmanship where you can learn more about Newari culture and traditions (the Newars are among the earliest inhabitants of the valley).

day 4 - Kathmandu – Chitwan National Park and village tour

Enjoy your breakfast early before driving to Chitwan National Park, 150 km away from Kathmandu. Drive down the winding road carved on cliffs running along the Trishuli River. Check into your hotel upon reaching Chitwan.

Meet your expert guide and head out to explore Chitwan National Park. Enjoy a guided village walk and learn more about the Tharu people living around the national park. Take a stroll on the banks of the Rapti River to watch charming sunset views.

Enjoy your dinner along with a cultural performance before heading back to your accommodation.

day 5 - Chitwan National Park

Time to discover why this national park holds such an important place as a major tourist destination. Explore the national park during a wildlife safari trip. You are sure to spot a variety of wild animals, including rhinos and elephants, water buffalos, egrets, woodpeckers, and deers, in their natural habitat.

If you are lucky, you will also get the chance to see tigers, leopards and sloth bears as well as the near extinct gharial crocodiles.

day 6 - Chitwan National Park – Pokhara & sightseeing tour

We will leave Chitwan for Pokhara in the morning. The total journey takes around three to four hours. Pokhara, popular as Nepal's lake city, is one of the most popular tourist destination in Nepal and offers magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machapuchare and Annapurna mountains.

Pokhara is also the gateway for those who want to trek in the Annapurna region. Check into your hotel upon arrival. In case we do have time today, we will go out on a sightseeing tour of the city.

day 7 - Pokhara city tour

Spend the whole day exploring Pokhara and see some of its major highlights. Starting with Pokhara's lakeside area, when you will get the chance to see Phewa Lake, this tour will take you to the fascinating International Mountain Museum, where you will get the. chance to learn more about the amazing exploits of various climbers and expedition teams, and around Davi’s Fall and Mahendra Cave.

You also have the option of enjoying a boat ride in Phewa Lake or travelling to the World Peace Pagoda if you want to.

day 8 - Pokhara – Kathmandu
