Machame is one of the most popular routes on Kili, but for sure it is not the simplest one. Altezza recommends this route for the climbers with previous mountaineering experience and good physical preparation. Furthermore, if your travel is scheduled for a rainy season, torrential rains may wash out the treks and your climbing will be more challenging.
