The Lemosho Route climb exceeded our expectations in every way

Our 8-day Lemosho Route Climb was a wonderful opportunity to climb Mount Kilimanjaro with our companions from India and family members from the United States of America. The Sales Team supports a high level of responsiveness to customers' needs during the booking process. We felt an immediate connection with the Aardvark Expeditions Limited because of the quick response times and open and honest communication etc. Our head guide, Fred and assistant guide Bariki were excellent leaders who provided good guidance and concern for all climbers throughout the entire Kilimanjaro Trek. They kept climbers safe, happy and comfortable throughout each stage of the trek. We reached the summit of Kilimanjaro with a sense of accomplishment, confidence and pride. For us, this climb was about the journey and the people who helped us along the way to reach the summit. We highly recommend this team to anyone looking to climb Kilimanjaro.

The Absolute Best Team on Kilimanjaro

A group of 4 climbers from India, along with 3 friends from the UK, completed an arduous climb via the 7-day Machame Route with Aardvark Expeditions, and they exceeded our every expectation along the way. The first impression we had of Aardvark Expeditions (Philemon Joel) was one of speed in responding to our requests, providing clear directions, and making truthful declarations about what to expect when we booked. Booking our climb was made easy due to the assistance provided by the sales team. During the actual climb, the guiding team of Bariki and Jonathan performed exceptionally well. They were vigilant in their monitoring of climbers, supported us when altitude sickness hit, and continuously provided motivation throughout our trek on the mountain. The summit day was incredibly emotional, and all Aardvark Expeditions staff were there at the summit to celebrate with us for achieving our goal. This is a company that genuinely cares about every person who climbs for them. A five-star rating does not do enough justice for the value provided by the staff at Aardvark Expeditions.

Marangu Climb Made Easy with Aardvark Expeditions

Our 6-day journey on the Marangu Route was handled by Aardvark Expeditions, and we couldn't have asked for better service! As a group of only five people from India, we received excellent personal service and attention from every member of the team. Our guides (Bariki and John) were very supportive, knowledgeable and patient, while the chefs (Erik and Abuu) created tasty meals that energised us every day for the long trek ahead. We were referred to Aardvark Expeditions by several friends, and now we understand why! The sales team is very prompt and friendly, and offers excellent service. The whole experience from booking to reaching the summit was flawless!

Aardvark Expeditions Helped Us Achieve Our Goal of Reaching the Summit!

We were lucky enough to be recommended by friends for our climb with Aardvark Expeditions after doing research ourselves on other expedition companies for an 8-day Lemosho Route Trek. We are very thankful for listening to them! Our party consisted of climbers from India, as well as some family members visiting from Tennessee in the United States. Coordinating our travel from so many locations went without a hitch. Every single step of the climb was handled with the utmost professionalism by the guide, Fred & Ewald, who paid close attention to our overall health, pace, and morale, which made a significant difference, particularly on the longer acclimatisation days. The food provided by Chef Ephraim exceeded our expectations in terms of balance and flavour. All meals were cooked to perfection and served piping hot, even at high temperatures. One reason that we chose to go with them is the expediency with which their sales staff communicated with us via email. They responded to every message we sent to them almost immediately. This gave us a lot of confidence that we were going to be well taken care of. As a group, we remember the morning of December 1, 2025, when every one of us made it to Uhuru Peak (5,895masl) together against a clear sky as one of our fondest memories of our adventure! I would highly recommend Aardvark Expeditions to our families and friends!

I have never experienced such an authentic and heart-touching safari anywhere else.

My wife and I did an 8-day private safari - Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Natron. Our guide Focus is a real Maasai community man, so it's not book knowledge, it's the forest in his blood. He took us to his village, Maasai women sang and welcomed us, children jumped and danced - this was not a show, this was their real life. And what touched my heart - a large part of the money from the tour goes directly to the Maasai orphan girls' school and shelter. It's comforting to know that I didn't just come to visit, I was able to help a little bit. Accommodation was very comfortable, food was good and the car was very clean. The price may seem a little high, but it's a lot less than what I got. I'll be back with the kids next year. Hakuna matata!🙏 Thank you very much.

TYW: Kilimanjaro Climb Rongai Route

An amazing adventure to the top of Africa on a much less crowded route than Lemosho. This was my first high altitude experience, and the professionalism of the leader and the assistant guides in making sure that the group were well looked after was second to none.
