7 Days Mount Kilimanjaro Trekking - Lemosho Route

This is a lesser known route which usually begins on the western side of Mount Kilimanjaro. Lemosho route is one of the newer routes on the mountain, and a superb choice for your climb. It is our preferred route due to its ideal balance of low traffic, beautiful scenery and a high summit success rate. Most of our clients use this route and love it. The route approaches Mount Kilimanjaro from the west, beginning with a long drive from Moshi to Londorossi Gate. From there, the first two days are spent trekking through the rainforest to Shira Ridge. Unlike the popular Machame route, which simply intersects the Shira Plateau, the Lemosho route crosses the entirety of the plain from west to east in a pleasant, relatively flat hike. An added bonus is that climbers will encounter low traffic until the route joins the Machame route. Afterwards, Lemosho follows the same route through Lava Tower, Barranco and Barafu, known as the southern circuit. Descent is made via the Mweka route.

This 4 Days Serengeti, Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater Safari Tour will take you through the Northern Safari Circuit in Tanzania. Primarily, you will be visiting Serengeti National Park, Lake Manyara National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. A visit to the Ngorongoro Crater is an experience of a lifetime. There are few places that have wildlife densities and variety at this level. It is not unusual to see the Big Five in one day-and all this in the most amazing setting with a backdrop of the 600m/1968ft high crater wall. Lake Manyara National Park provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded, and even a first-time visitor to Africa might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in one day. Highlights include thousands of pink-hued flamingos on their perpetual migration, as well as other large waterbirds such as pelicans, cormorants and storks. There is more to Serengeti than large mammals. Gaudy agama lizards and rock hyraxes scuffle around the surfaces of the park’s isolated granite koppies. A full 100 varieties of dung beetle have been recorded, as have 500-plus bird species, ranging from the outsized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird of the open grassland, to the black eagles that soar effortlessly above the Lobo Hills. Kilimanjaro Trekking - Rongai route

The Rongai route begins at the remote northern side of Kilimanjaro near the Kenyan border. We will be hiking through a true wilderness area towards the jagged Mawenzi Peak then cross a barren desert before climbing up Kibo’s eastern crater wall. 5 Days Kilimanjaro climb - Marangu Route

The Marangu route is one of the most popular routes to the summit of Kilimanjaro. This could partly be as a result of the fact that the Marangu is the least expensive route but more so perhaps the fact that it is possible to do the Marangu route in 5 days thereby getting to the summit one day earlier compared to the Machame route. This is not always the best way due to a shorter acclimatization period. That is one thing to take into account before decided to do the Marangu route. Nobody, even how fit they are, know how their body will respond in high altitude. If you want to increase your chances for making a successful summit, we recommend the Machame route. The shared hut accommodation on the Marangu route is one of the main differences compared to the other routes, where you have to camp. Mineral water, soft drinks, chocolates and beers are also sold at all the camps on this route. All your equipment and supplies are portered and our cook will prepares all your meals.

Fantastic Experience

Everything about this trip was great. From the help we got from Hamisi at the office in selecting the route, preparation materials, smooth payment to the actual trip. We definitely could not have done the trek without the wonderful and professional support from senior guide Shaban and his colleagues. They made sure we were in the best condition to tackle the mountain. The six of us all made it to the summit and it was an unforgettable experience. We had three days safari after Kilimanjaro and Tanzania is an absolutely beautiful country. We saw numerous animals and birds and also managed to see the Hadza people in Rift Valley.
