It was a varied trip experience. Our tour Director made this a very interesting experience. He not only showed us great sites, he explained culture, history and the affects of religion on the history of Iceland. He kept us very busy. We greatly enjoyed our Iceland experience.

Even though the time is not long, the itinerary packs a lot in. We saw lots of waterfalls and other interesting sites around the golden circle and the Snæfellnes peninsula. We covered the capital Reykjavik with its church, concert hall and other buildings.

This trip covers a lot of ground and you get to see a lot of sites but it is not rushed. There is time to spend on your own visiting other sites or relaxing. Spending 2-3 nights in the same hotel helps make it seem less hectic.
