Ivan was an excellent Tour Manager. He went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we enjoyed our tour. The accomodations in Ragusa could have been better.

Our tour guide Christian Cueva was excellent, this was our 2nd tour with Christian. We were very happy to see him again as our 1st tour with was excellent. Our favorite experience was the tour to Mt Enta.

I cannot think of one thing the whole trip was fantastic or tour guide Michela , was so fantastic. You truly felt that you were family. She explained everything told us what we expect ahead of time took care of everyone’s needs and still made it so much fun a bunch of us were in our 70s and upper 70s and did not feel that we couldn’t keep up with the tour because it was done so well I think one of the best vacations that we ever took

Cristina Sarracini has been extremely diligent, responsive to my needs trying to navigate travel in this pandemic: the flights , the pandemic restrictions requirements etc. the up to date information etc.

Overall an enjoyable experience. The local guides were delightful. The accommodations were excellent and particularly enjoyed the Karanac, Croatia location for it's local experience. However, sadly this was not one of my better experiences with Collette, as a past multiple tour client. I am extremely disappointed with the manner in which my pre-tour hotel booking was handled. I was not booked into the hotel requested and upon numerous inquiries was repeatedly assured it was. The TM is one of the MOST Arrogant, Condensing, Disorganized, Egotistical, Rude, Self-centered, Self-serving, men I have ever met. Upon introducing myself to him on night one at dinner...extended my hand to shake...he took...did not shake...did not speak and turned away. This certainly did not set for a friendly or welcoming tone for the tour. There was never an attempt to change or correct the situation. Disappointedly, any future travel with Collette will be given much consideration which was never a question in the past. Collette was always my 1st choice with no questions.

In general, the tour was well planned and my husband and I enjoyed very much. This tour really injected us with the beauty and the amazing history of Sicily. Lucio is a sweetheart, he really takes care of everyone, and we really love him. But there is always room for improvement, and here are some of the things we observed. In the eagerness of your agency for showing everything, you rush. Perhaps seeing less could be an option tourists will appreciate. The local guides go through their routines too fast, leaving no room for even stopping to take pictures or absorb in the information or the beauty of the places. There was one particular guide by the name Enzo in Palermo at the Palazzo Reale who was cruel and seems to get joy in not allowing tourists to even go to the washroom!!! His history repertoire is too extensive and exhausting!. Sicily is well known for the quality of the food and the pride Sicilians take in serving it. It's a beautiful art! Some hotels like the one in Ragusa did not live up to that. We believe that all meals served should be like the lunch we had at the Osteria dei Sapori Perduti in Modica. It was perhaps the best Sicilian food we had; not to mention the beauty of the restaurant and the warmth of its people. Keep up the good work! This trip made us fall in love with Sicily and gave us the "itch" for going back to visit again. Thank you!
