My friend introduced me to this tour operator. After speaking with Kiara, we had a suitable itinerary. Our mission was straightforward: book a round-way ticket to Vietnam and enjoy the trip. They coordinated really efficiently and provided competent services. There are no mistakes on the tour, which I enjoyed. All of the hotels were in central locations, making it easy for us to walk about or find local restaurants. The daily trips were scheduled on time, and transportation was comfortable. We traveled from the north to the south of Vietnam. Visiting many famous and beautiful sights, including Hanoi, Halong Bay, Pu Luong, the Golden Bridge, Ho Chi Minh, and the Mekong Delta. This was indeed a fantastic tour.

All of our 3-star hotels were clean, comfortable and situated in the heart of each city, within a 5-minute walk of major attractions. Tours consistently started on time, respecting our schedule. The buses and airport transfer vehicles were comfortable, and we were always provided with bottled water. The meals provided at the hotels and during the tours were exceptional The tour guides and drivers were friendly, professional, and incredibly informative, providing valuable insights into each city and attraction we visited. Our two week trip with this travel specialist around Vietnam was fantastic. We are family of 7 with 3 kids. Using this service is a good investment due to its efficiency and reliability. Our tour guides were excellent, the hotels were lovely, and the schedule was tailored to our preferences. Junie worked with us until everything was perfect and her responses were detailed and quick. We have used this agency before for our travels to Southeast Asia. Using them to organize our travels has been a fantastic decision. We think this is the best place to arrange a trip.

They arranged a walking street food tour in Hanoi and an expansive cooking class in Hoi An. We had a great trip to explore a beautiful country to the fullest. Sam and his tour company provided us with excellent service and correspondence from start to finish when we asked for help organising our trip to Vietnam. He discussed anything around this trip, gave us the great tips and note, even threw in a little discount to help us out on pricing. We had connected together on the journey. Vietnam is a wonderful country to visit, made even better by the wonderful people that we met. The local food was the fantastic and fresh. We had some days to explore Hanoi and around as Halong Bay before flown to Hue and Hoi An Old Town and ended at Ho Chi Minh. Couldnt recommend his enough and we'll contact for next trip to Asia.
