Gaetano is a very knowledgeable and patient guide. most of the participants in our trip had mobility issues and Gaetano adjusted well to the pace of the participants. Driver Manuel was also very helpful and drives very well,as we were still able to make our schedule even though some of the tour participants were sometimes late and missing timed appointments. Guide and driver made the trip very satisfactory. Radisson in Zurich should be the standard for hotels for this tour.Some of the hotels are so bad and shouldnt be considered at all. Vatican museum tour is way too expensive for what it offers, while the guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining, the tour was very rushed and not paced well.

The Tour was amazing. They lived up to my expectations. Thank you to our guide, Gaby Golian. You made the trip. Your knowledge, professionalism, humour and kindness made for a fantastic holiday.

I only had one big issue about my Guide in Switzerland. I believe his name is Emanuel, Compare to my other 2 Guides Erik and Gabby this guy was a let down. Me and my wife were fined in the train going back to Zurich just because he didnt gave us or prepared us with any information before hand. I am disappointed that I had to paid 175 us dollars in fine because he didnt tell us about rules in train to where you not supposed to seat. He cant assume that we know all that stuff. Besides that everything was great but I still blame him for our fines.

We loved being with your tour guide, Eva Marin Ruiz. She had so much energy and provided so much information about all the cities we travelled to and gave recommendations about places to see and eat. We felt very taken care of and we were very happy to be under her care

There was so much walking and bus riding. We had unruly passengers on the bus that didnt listen to the tour guides. Tour guides were fantastic and patient

We are overall very satisfied with the trip. Our tour operator SOTC had not informed us that in Zurich the accommodation would be service apartment instead of full service hotel. There were some issues in housekeeping and cleaning. However the breakfast room was good so we chose to overlook the shortcomings. In particular we appreciate the professionalism of tour leader Sophia who was at the same time approachable and sensitive to our needs.She was always there before time and kept us well informed about the days itinerary and destination and quickly sorted out all issues. Without doubt, she is helpful, knowledgeable and good at her work. Her delightful presence made the trip all the more enjoyable for my wife and me. In Paris, we found hotel Mercure La Defense to be a very good choice with responsive staff good breakfast. Also the coaches were comfortable throughout the trip. We look forward to more trips with your company and with Sofia in future.
