This 9-day hotel-based Swiss Valais trek, following part of the well-known Haute Route, visits these remote districts. Although the Haute Route is popular, you will find that, compared to many other areas in Switzerland, most of the paths on this section are little trodden. This gives rise to an excellent variety of alpine flowers and frequent sightings of alpine animals. Great experience overall. Quick and efficient followup to one bike that had computer issues, solved very quickly with complete bike replacement. Personally, I'd prefer shorter distances between stops, as there is so much to see and enjoy in the villages.

Great itinerary, most people in the group were very nice & friendly. Some just stared at me like i was from another planet!!! Everything was great!! The first hotel “Movenpick” was terrible!!!! But all after that one was great! The tour director could be very nice “at times” but also very “harsh” & “Abrupt”!!! This was my 2nd trip with Trafalgar both had excellent content, great tours, great people but i would make sure to pick a next trip with a different TD.
