Switzerland Tours in Winter

For my tour package, I really like the itinerary for Rapperswil, Grindelwald, Bern, and Paris - the Palace De Versailles, Eiffel tower and the Batteaux Mouches. I wish Interlaken was included in the tour package but overall I really enjoyed much more in Switzerland than Paris. Paris is a crowded city and the traffic is crazy, less activities can be done due to limited time. Thanks to our tour guide, Mr. Javier because he has managed the group well and very organized, always checking on us and very professional. I also wanted to thank our drivers especially in Zurich, Mr. Juan Antonio as hes a great person and very helpful.

The tour was fun. I really like it. Gustavo was really organized and very informative with our trips. He is very knowledgeable with the places we have been. Gustavo is a very responsible tour leader and he made sure everyone are safe. Also, Alex was a very professional driver. Amazing long travel and alex drove safely. We had 5 star treatment these two great people!

Excellent tour. Our tour leader Gustavo is excellent. He is amazing, friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Gustavo makes all things possible. Very nice person. He showed us all the views and landmark of each country. Alex is an excellent driver. Very helpful and friendly. Overall this tour is amazing.

There was no transfer at the arrival and I had to take my own taxi on own expense. I was told it will reimburse by the guide and told the guide about it and she told it will reimbusurse oce we are in Paris which never happened. Hotel in Paris should be improved. AC was not working there and room was very warm

Our tour group was the last to go before another European shut-down. Trafalgor was amazing in rerouting the tour, staying a step ahead of the covid restrictions and keeping us safe and happy. Although we were not able to go to the places were expecting to go due to government restrictions, there were many upgrades along the way. Our tour director was amazing, well versed in European history, and handled all of the unexpected changes with grace and a sense of humor. We could not have asked for a better outcome and I would absolutely trust Trafalgor again to handle the complexities of traveling with covid restrictions in play.

Isabel was a friendly, beautiful and patient guide who was sincere and informative. Mornings were too rushed. The pick up time can be slated an hour later to allow guests to have their breakfast. Breakfast starts at 630am but coach arrives between 730am-745am. 830am will be more comfortably timed.
