The itinerary is somewhat fast-paced if you purchase all of the optional tours. With that being said, it is the only way to truly see and appreciate Switzerland.

The itinerary is perfectly curated with best of the Switzerland. We got to see up-close Matterhorn from room balcony. The hotels and their locations in St. Moritz, Zermatt and Lucerne were most ideal. We could see lot more in free time after the excursions. The tour guide and driver were very experienced and made the whole journey and visit a wonderful memorable.

This was a well planned trip that touched not just the famous spots in Switzerland but all the little local aspects that included places and cuisines. Starting from Zurich and touching places like Bern, Charlie’s world, Locarno, St Moritz, Isla Di pescatori, Chillon Castle, Zermatt, Mt Stanserhorn ..various mountains and lakes and included boat, cruise, cogwheel and cable cars, train travels etc.. I liked how every detail was explained as we covered the locations by our travel director and he made sure that we were all well informed of every activity and things were meticulously planned. We really liked our experience and would take another Trafalgar tour again in the future.

Tour manager was the best!!! The . Matterhorn was my most memorable experience. Loved all the accomodations except in Lucerne. Very small, very little privacy between bedroom and bathroom, no charm, extremely hard to connect to internet. A perfect trip except for accomodations in Lucerne which were okay but nothing special. Can't say enough good things about the tour manager, Simone.

The itinerary is very good. You are able to be as busy as you want to be by participating in optional experiences or not. I did not feel rushed or overwhelmed.

We saw a good part of Austria and Switzerland as well as Bavaria. Besides the awesome scenery we experienced the culture of the region. The two train excursions in Switzerland was a definite highlight for us.
