We saw visited many incredible places and did may cool things. Ski Jumping Exhibition, Went to the top of many mountains, Dined at the top of a mountain, Train ride on the glacier express. In addition we had a great tour director.

We loved this itinerary. We saw a lot of Austria and Bavaria and Switzerland. They were all fantastic. The guides and the food were excellent! Our tour director, Martin, was one of the best tour directors we have ever had!

The trip was absolutely great, if you want to drink a bit less, spend more time actively I definitely recommend this trip. However be advised: -When Contiki says people on this trip are from all around the world they mean most people are from Australia and some from New Zealand, UK and US. So if English is not your first language you will struggle a bit. But even with my more or less fluent English I had an amazing time and that's the biggest praise I can give. - Do the whole Active Alps trip, only the Austrian or the Swiss Alps trip is way too short to really get to know the people you are travelling with and it will rob you from half of the experience. (Contiki might not offer this trip as a modular one next year, so this might be an already out dated comment. )

Terrific 6 days of hiking the Aosta Valley and approach to Monte Rosa Italy. The days were beautiful and filled with challenging hikes and the evenings were wonderful and full of good food and company. Hikes were clearly marked and well maintained.
