Switzerland Tours in January 2026

The Enchanting Christmas Market tour was wonderful! Our tour guide Javier was awesome! He was very organized and friendly and helpful. The cities we visited were amazing. There were organized local tours and we had plenty of free time to explore on our own. Javier gave us a list of things to do in each city that was not covered on the local tours. My favorite thing was the Christmas market at Thurn and Taxis Palace. It was amazing! The whole tour was a great experience. We are taking the same tour this year and bringing our daughter and grandsons along!

All the cities visited were outstanding and each a bit different. Our tour manager, Marcus Graf, was knowledgeable, caring and very organized. He is a gem! The hotel in Luzern was outstanding the other two hotels were good. The markets did not disappoint but the decor in the towns was just amazingly beautiful. Well done Collette.

Trip was great. Enjoyed the variety of Christmas markets that we went through. Very beautiful & historical. Tour guide gave us a lot of information as we were on bus rides. Loved market & tour through the palace

We were not able to go to the optional places like moulin rouge and mt titlis instead we witnessed grindelwald but was not able to explore there for long time or be part of any activities like sledging etc.Hence the rating is marked as poor for the optionals. All our guides Rene, Nacho and Isolda were good when showing us around the place.

Travel agent fail to give us accurate info. Told us the first tour we chose wasnt available when it was. When reach to ask her to correct transfer info she said she would call back and never did. We had to pay and additional 39 when we already had paid 87 according to our invoice. We never heard back from Angela instead Gabriela the tour guide assisted us.

The tour was fun. I really like it. Gustavo was really organized and very informative with our trips. He is very knowledgeable with the places we have been. Gustavo is a very responsible tour leader and he made sure everyone are safe. Also, Alex was a very professional driver. Amazing long travel and alex drove safely. We had 5 star treatment these two great people!
