Wir haben die 19 Tage Intro Tour gebucht und waren wirklich begeistert. Wir haben die wunderschnsten Orte besucht, nicht nur auf Bali sondern auch auf anderen indonesischen Inseln, sodass wir einen sehr guten Einblick in die verschiedenen Kulturen bekommen konnten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist unser Guide Ippy, der alles von Anfang bis Ende super organisiert hat. Bei Fragen oder Problemen konnten wir immer zu ihm kommen, er hat sich direkt um alle Angelegenheiten gek¼mmert und sehr viel dazu beigetragen, dass die Zeit unvergesslich bleiben wird.

Our tour guide was simply awesome! This is my first time doing a guided tour vacation and I must say that I was very much satisfied with the experience in big part because of our tour guide, Ovinda. We were a big group of women, and there were many opportunities for things to go wrong or cause changes in our itinerary because of this. However, Ovinda was very graceful in handling the setbacks within our group and made sure everything always ran smoothly. She was always very supportive and responsive whenever we had issues due to health or any other concerns. She also has a great personality and integrated herself to the group with ease. She was not only a great tour guide/ leader, but in the end she became a good friend with whom we made a great connection. I’d say we all had a beautiful experience by the end of this tour and will take so many great memories to cherish forever thanks to Ovinda!

I just want to shout out our tour leader Ippy, it was the best experience ever. From wanting more information, to questions, and safety he was there 24/7. One of the most friendliest, happiest person Ive ever met! The tour was great too with the most friendliest group of girls and guys it made things run smoothly. This was the ( epic Indonesia 15 day) Highly recommend intro this has been my second trip with them.

I have just completed the 15-day Epic Indonesia tour and it was absolutely incredible! My guide, Ippy was exceptional. He was so kind, helpful and an absolute expert with everything. It was completely stress-free as Ippy planned and organised absolutely everything. He consistently went the extra mile to make sure that we were all happy. He was / is incredible!!! The activities included in the tour were amazing, everything you could wish for and more. Visits to local villages, temples, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, massages - just perfect! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Indonesia, especially if youre lucky enough to get Ippy as your tour guide!

Will be highly recommending Intro to my friends! Everything ran so smoothly and well organised it was so lovely not to have to think about any planning for activities or transfers. The Bali experience 15 day itinerary was full of experiences I would have never thought to do unless I was part of the group. There was a wide range of cultural as well as adventurous activities and a little bit of free time for ourselves. I would suggest doing the 15 days not just the 12 as ending the trip in Nusa allowed for more chilled time and we were incredibly lucky to see Manta Rays on the snorkelling activity included. Our group leader was Andri, he made us feel so relaxed and was so helpful that he speaks Balinese. Andri is so knowledgable and the perfect guide making our trip so fun and exciting. Andri was training Carolyn which was lovely to have two group leaders, Im sure Carolyn will go on to be an amazing tour guide too!

I took the 15 day Bali Experience tour and it was one of the most amazing trips I have ever been on. It included so many once in a life time experiences including swimming with manta rays which was a dream come true. I was lucky to make brilliant friends with the rest of my group who I now share unforgettable memories with. Our tour guides Andri and Carolyn made the trip run so smoothly so that we never had to worry about anything. I felt so safe having them as group leaders, they made sure we were able to experience the best of Bali whilst remaining stress free. They also made sure to take phenomenal photos for us throughout the trip to capture our memories. I cannot thank them enough for the trip of a lifetime. 100% recommend travelling with Intro, I cannot fault them.
