Indonesia Tours in June 2027

This was our fourteenth trip with Explore, and once again our trip met all our expectations. Our Tour Leader Hadi was very friendly and very competent, and all arrangements went smoothly. Great variety of activities (batik-making, snorkeling, hiking, bike-riding, cooking opportunities) and wonderful sightseeing - ancient temples, beautiful scenery (terraced farmland, rice paddies, waterfalls) volcanoes (up close!) spice plantations, villages and people. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

Hadi was a fantastic tour leader! He was knowledgeable, informative and very very patient. He made the trip and was a great ambassador for Indonesia. The trip had a great variety of activities and 3 UNESCO World Heritage sites. I particularly loved the trip up Mt Bromo to see inside a volcano and again to see the sunrise - a very different experience than expected but a lot of fun. The only downside was the last hotel had a major reconstruction of its restaurant which could be heard round the pool (I had an email saying it was refurbished and reopened.) It meant people moved to another hotel and split up the group which was disappointing But it was a nice hotel.

I had an amazing experience on this trip, thanks to our incredible tour guide! He was always making sure that every single person in the group was comfortable, happy, and enjoying every moment. His attention to detail and care for everyone really stood out. On top of that, his great sense of humor made the whole journey so much more fun and memorable. Highly recommend this tour — it was unforgettable!

The activities on the trip were spectacular and I thoroughly enjoyed everything that I participated in. I loved helping out in the local community and meeting some amazing locals and felt fully immersed in the culture.

When I first came on this tour I expected a tour guide like any other but I quickly came to realise Ibing is a fantastic tour guide. He makes the whole thing feel like a fantastic fever dream and you really get to develop an actual connection with him. He is the most outgoing and friendly tour guide I’ve ever had and he made every minute of this tour feel special I couldn’t recommend him enough. I have loved every second of this tour and I am so grateful to have had Ibing as our guide he made the experience so unique and special. Every single activity and hotel were unforgettable and exciting.

I think G adventures is one of the best decisions I?ve ever made, leaving with a bit of heart ache that it?s over and I wish to see everyone again, go through G adventures again for a tour in a new location! Some of the most fun I think I?ve ever had, never experienced something like this before and I?m obsessed, combining my love for new things, food, and experiences and of course the most important part, people. thanks to G adventures I?ve found quite a few good eggs from this tour!
