I’ve met best friends for life which never would have been possible without intro. I’m just after finishing my first tour with Intro- Bali 15 days. It was my first solo trip and I was absolutely terrified before going. I landed in Bali a day early and very late.. but that’s when I first met Zio! He met me and another girl at almost midnight, greeted us and got us checked in. And it only went up from there. It was the most incredible experience. I only wish I could experience it again for the first time. Everything was planned perfectly, so much so that you need not worry about anything and just enjoy yourself. Down to transport, accommodation, activities and food, it’s all planned very well. Saying that, I don’t think I would have enjoyed myself if it weren’t for our tour leader Zio. He’s the most outgoing, crazy, fun, loving and generous guide you’ll meet. Excellent communicator, got along with everyone and always kept things running smoothly (even though we drove him mad sometimes). Cant recommend Intro travel enough.
