Best trip of my life. G Adventures and Guide Sid have a perfect feeling for traveling.
I had such a great time in India with G Adventures. I met like-minded people and the CEO Sid was so knowledgeable and helpful. The highlights of the trip were seeing the Taj, riding camels and watching live entertainment in the desert, a Bollywood dance class and film and the cycling tour in Jaipur. I am grateful for the friends I’ve made and I’ll be back for sure!
Overall the trip was great! The CEO Sid made it all the better!
India with Gadventures was a beautiful whirl wind that included a good selection of cities and a range of activities to accomodate all preferences. We were well-guided, well-fed and I’m so thankful that we were lead by a great tour guide surrounded by awesome people. I would recommend Gadventures to anyone that has any interest in discovering the gems that India has to offer.
Loved the trip and Giri made it extra special!
We had a really good experience with GAdventures in India. India can be challenging, but going on a tour with private transportation makes it easier and more enjoyable. The bus was in good working conditions and the driver did an amazing job. Our guide demonstrated knowledge on Indian culture, history, etc. That said, an excessive insistence on tipping everyone at all times should be avoided on future trips. On top of that, we were asked around 40USD before the trip started for tips.
The initial picture of India may have started out as black and white but by the end of the tour, India turned out to be a country full of vivid colors with different sights, sounds, experiences and people. Just like the movie Best Exotic Marigold Hotel has quoted, "India is an assault on the senses". There definitely will not be a shortage of exciting new experiences and colors!
I knew that I would enjoy India but didn't realise just how much I'd love it, and I think so much of why it was special was because of the people - the local people, the group I travelled with, and our amazing CEO Jai. I feel very lucky.
