day 2 - Kathmandu City Your (b,l)
Today, you will explore the UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu Valley.
First off is the Bouddhanath Temple, with its massive white dome with piercing eyes painted on its tower dominating the skyline it is one of the largest and most significant Buddhist monuments in the World. We then set off to the Pashupatinath Temple, known as Nepal's holiest Hindu Shrine with its distinctive pagoda-style architecture is a bustling temple complex with pilgrims and holy men.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square is the well preserved medieval city square with narrow alleyways featuring intricate wood carvings, ornate temples and the 55-window palace. Visitors can explore and experience the local way of life that seems frozen in time.
Then there is the oldest temple of Nepal Changu Narayan. The temple complex includes ancient inscriptions, statues, and carvings that provide insight into the artistic and cultural heritage of Nepal. Its peaceful setting and panoramic views of the surrounding valley make it a rewarding destination for history and architecture enthusiasts.

Today is dedicated to a full city tour of Delhi.
In the morning, visit the resplendent Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. Drive past the Red Fort - a majestic Fort and an erstwhile seat of power - which encapsulates a long period of Indian history and its arts. Also visit Raj Ghat, the cremation site of Father of Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.
In the afternoon visit Humayun tomb, Qutub Minar - the pride of Delhi. This iconic monument consists of five distinct stores with projecting balconies that showcases detailed craftmanship within the imposing structure.
Then visit “Lyutens” Delhi - named after the leading British architect Sir Edwin Landseer Lyutens. Drive past some of the magnificent monuments designed by him such as India Gate and Viceroy's House both of which stand as testament to India's historical narrative.

After breakfast in the morning, depart for Agra, a city renowned for being home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World – the Taj Mahal. The city is also famous for its exquisite marble and soapstone inlay work, crafted by skilled artisans whose techniques have been passed down through generations.

After breakfast, proceed to Ranthambore National Park. Nestled between the Banas River to the north and the Chambal River to the south, Ranthambore National Park is named after the historic Ranthambore Fort, which stands within its boundaries. Originally established in 1955 by the Indian Government as the Sawai Madhopur Game Sanctuary, it was declared a Project Tiger reserve in 1973. The sanctuary gained the status of a National Park in 1980. In 1991, the reserve was further expanded to include the Sawai Man Singh and Keladevi sanctuaries, bringing the total area to 1,334 square kilometers.

Udaipur has a number of small and large palaces, museums and gardens.
We will visit Saheliyon Ki Bari (Garden of the Maids of Honour), one of the most beautiful gardens in India, with manicured lawns and gardens, that feature a variety or flowers and trees, in a setting that provides canopied walkways for leisurely strolls taking in the serene atmosphere.
It is then off to wander through the bustling markets and bazaars these vibrant shopping areas offer a unique glimpse into the local culture and provide an array of goods that reflect the rich heritage of Rajasthan.

After breakfast, we will take a short domestic flight to Mumbai. On arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel.
In the afternoon, we will explore the city's must-see sights including the Gateway of India, Prince Wales Museum, Dhobi Ghat and local markets.
Starting the tour with the Iconic Gateway to India, the sentinel that overlooks the Arabian sea we then head to the Prince of Wales Museum where we can explore its impressive galleries featuring artifacts from India’s rich heritage, including sculptures, paintings, and decorative arts.
It is then onto the unique site of the Dhobi Ghat, one of Asia's largest open-air laundries. Here, you can witness the unique sight of hundreds of dhobis (laundry workers) washing clothes in large concrete troughs.
Ending the day we can experience the lively atmosphere of some of the local markets, filled with vendors selling fresh produce, spices, textiles, and handicrafts. Engage with local shopkeepers, sample street food delicacies like bhel puri or vada pav, and shop for souvenirs
