Delhi, India's capital and a major gateway to the country, is a vibrant metropolis that seamlessly blends the ancient with the modern. Amidst the rapidly rising skyscrapers, historical monuments stand as silent testaments to the region's rich legacy. For visitors arriving from the airport, Delhi presents itself as a spacious, garden city with tree-lined avenues and beautiful parks.
After lunch, we will embark on an afternoon sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Highlights include the Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque; Raj Ghat, the resting place of Mahatma Gandhi; and Qutub Minar, the towering victory monument. We will also drive past the iconic India Gate and the Presidential House.
