Itinerary
Mera Peak Climbing stands out as Nepal’s highest trekking peak, offering a physically demanding yet accessible adventure for both young adults and experienced travelers. The ascent to Mera Peak’s base camp traverses the wild Makalu Barun National Park, home to diverse flora, fauna, and vibrant local cultures.
Trekkers pass through forests and remote settlements, with awe-inspiring views of Himalayan giants like Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Manaslu, Amadablam, Kanchenjunga, and Makalu. The climb itself, while challenging, is achievable even for those with no previous mountaineering background, provided they are in good physical condition.
Expert guides ensure safety and support at every stage. The unique selling point of this tour package is the authentic expedition feel—offering the thrill of a real climbing journey in one of Nepal’s most pristine regions, all while remaining accessible to adventurous beginners.

Customer Reviews
I highly recommend them.
I recently did a trek to Mera Peak with this local operator. I highly recommend them as a trekking company. The company is very efficient and communication with them was very good and prompt prior to and after the trip. The booking process was very straightforward and easy. The company provided us with Down Jacket, sleeping bag and walking poles for the trek which were all of excellent quality. The team of guide and porters were fantastic, they were always willing to assist and support throughout the trip and always went above and beyond. Again I highly recommend the company for your trekking expeditions in Nepal
Excellent trip
We did the 16 day trek to Mera Peak, and all in all it was really enjoyable. It was planned well, and the trek to Mera was stunning, and the climbing was very fun
Mera Peak Climbing December 2016
Mera Peak Climbing in December of 2016 had very good weather and remote for that time of year. We had at least 90% of our lodging to ourselves and met very few people on the trail. I recommend going during the Nov/Dec time since peak time is Sept/Oct and, per my guide, it was overcrowded during that time. Beautiful views of Everest range from the South for at least 3-4 days.
