Your trek begins in Arughat, meandering through terraced fields, dense forests, and remote villages. day 1 - Kathmandu to Arughat Bazar (600 m) by Bus/Jeep

Early in the morning Green Valley Nepal Treks guide will pick up at your hotel and take you to the bus station and then drive to Arughat by local bus. Via Trisuli River (famous for white water rafting) and reach to Dhading Bensi (Head quarter of Dhading district) and drive through village with seeing mountains the road is off-road after Dhading Bensi. It takes 9/10 hours full drive.

day 2 - Arughat to Lapubesi (880 m)

The trek start from Arughat following Budi Gandaki river and rice field , local houses also view of the Ganesh Himal mountains and beautiful scenery .6 hours walking to Labu Bunsi.

day 3 - Lapubesi to Tatopani (930 m)

We trek to Dovan 6/7 hours walking via Machha Khola, Khorla Bensi, Tatopani (Natural Hot spring).

day 4 - Tatopani to Philim (1,590 m)

Continue to the Philim Gaun the trekking trail follows slowly ascending to Yuru Khola then reach to Jagat (Jagat is main check post of the Manaslu restricted area permit and then hike to Sirdibas village, Ghate Khola and reach to Philim Gaun; this is big Gurung village. Explore the town.

day 5 - Philim to Chumling (2,360 m)

Today we trek to Different trail to Chumling after Ekle Bhatti we will meet two paths one is following to Manaslu region & one is to Tsum valley areas, Today we walk 5/6 hours then stay at Chumling.

day 6 - Chumling to Chhokang - Paro (3,010 m)

The trek following Syar khola and Rainjam and reach to Chhekamparo, this is Tsum Valley restricted areas permit check post office and big town and then continue trek to Rachen Gompa. It takes about 6 hours walking for today.

day 7 - Chhokang - Paro - Nile (3,361 m) - Mu Gompa (3,900 m)

The valley is getting wider and nice the trekking trail is gradual up to Mu Gompa via local villages with viewing mountain views. It is very nice walk 5 with snow mountain views, today we walk about 4 hours then stay overnight at Gompa.

day 8 - Mu Gompa to Rachen Gompa (3,240 m)

After exploration around Mu Gompa we trek down to Rachen Gompa. The trail leads same route to Phurbe and then cross the Bridge and come down via Bursi( Melerepa Footprint), Lama Gaon and Nakyu village. It takes 6 hours walking down hill then stay overnight at home stay.

day 9 - Rachen Gompa to Gomba Lungdang (3,200 m)

The trial follows the same way to Sarpu Khola and we trek to Gompa Lungden .6 hours walking then stay overnight at Gompa.

day 10 - Day trip to Ganesh Himal Base Camp (4,200 m)

Explore around Ganesh Himal Base camp then back to Lungdang for overnight at home stay.

day 11 - Gumba Lungdang to Lokpa (2,240 m)

Trek Back to Lokpa through same trail and mostly descending and forest walk. 6/7 hours walking.

day 12 - Lokpa to Ghap (2,160 m)

Today we will catch main trail of Manaslu circuit and follow the same river of Budi Gandaki with jungle walk to Deng.

day 13 - Ghap to Lho (3,180 m)

Today we trek to Lho it takes 7 hours walking via jungle with view of Ganesh Himal and others mountains. Overnight in Lho at tea house.

day 14 - Lho to Samagaon (3,530 m)

We climb through a forest of oaks, fir and rhododendrons today while entering closely packed houses of Lihi. Further, our trail leaves the Lihi village and enters another village of Sho (2,960 m) where we get some spectacular views of Mount Manaslu North (7,157 m) and Naike Peak (5,515 m). Walking further will bring us to the settlement of Shrip. We then climb through a trail some time to reach the village of Sama Gaon where we stay overnight.

day 15 - Explore the Sama Gaon

Today we will have many choices for the acclimatization; - Visit to Birendra Tal ( lake), Monastery and local town. - Hike to Manaslu Base camp full day - Hike to Punggen Gompa 5/6 hours.

day 16 - Sama Gaon to Samdo (3,860 m)

(2-3hrs)Our route passes the juniper and birch forests and the stone hut of Kermo Kharka today. Trekking further for some hours, we eventully reach at Samdo where we stay overnight.

day 17 - Samdo to Dharmasala (4,470 m)

Today, we descend on a wide and gentle trail from Samdo. We pass through a stone archway. We climb gently over the huge Larkya Glacier and get to the ridge where there is a viewpoint t the edge of a huge gorge. We reach Dharmasala after trekking for some hours. We stay overnight at a local guesthouse in Dharmasala.

day 18 - Dharmasala - larke La pass - Bhimtang (3,930 m)

Today, we leave Dharmasala crossing several moraines. We descend past four frozen lakes and reach Larkya La pass (5,200 m) from where we can witness the tremendous views of Himlung Himal (7,126 m) and others including Annapurna II, Gyaji Kung, Cheo Himal, and Kang Guru. We further descend along the grassy moraine to a small meadow called Bhimtang where we stay overnight.

day 19 - Trek from Bhimtang to Tiliche (2,320 m)

Our trail today drops from Bhimtang and crosses a glacier stream. We then descend into a beautiful forest of pine and rhododendron to Hompuk. After descending further, we reach the fenced field of Karache and to the village of Gho. Tilche is nearby, where we spend overnight.

day 20 - Trek from Tiliche to Chyamje (2,430 m)

Today, our trail drops down and passes through several fields, houses, and forests of rhododendron and oak. We descend through a scrub forest and reach Dharapani. Trekking for some time, we eventually reach at Chyamje, where we stay overnight. Chyamje marks the end of our trek.

day 21 - Drive from Chyamje to Kathmandu

Today, in the morning, we drive back to Kathmandu from Chyamje. It takes approx. 7 hours to arrive at Kathmandu. We celebrate the farewell dinner together with Green Valley Nepal Trekking Team.
