Great trip. Tamang Heritage Trek is off the beaten path - we saw nearly no other tourists and had some incredible cultural experiences.

Myself and my partner had a fantastic trip, spending a week on the Tamang Heritage Trail. Our guide, Megendra, was an expert at navigating the trails, connecting with locals and telling us the history of the area. The business owner was very helpful in getting our trip arranged in only one day, and for a very fair price. I can definitely recommend Megendra and his company to anyone looking for a fantastic Nepal trek!

The guide had no understanding of high sickness. My friend got really sick and he didn’t have the equipment to check oxygen. We had to convince him to go down at lower altitude with her. He was not good in English and he touched us in an uncomfortable way and wanted hugs all the time… which was weird. He also walked way to fast, something you should not do when walking 1000meter up in one day. The trek is beautiful, and I would recommend doing it on your own, there is not many places to walk wrong and many dining and sleeping places at the way.

We had a great trek. The guide and porters were friendly, professional and flexible. This local travel specialist organised it well, jeeps were on time, equipment was in good condition. A very positive experience.

We chose this local travel specialist as Khum was very responsive and also price was competitive for our Langtang Valley trek. Overall we were impressed how the trip was organised from start to finish. We had an amazing time in the mountains with some really breathtaking views. Special shout out to our guide Amit who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was great to have on our trek. Would definitely recommend Khum and his company for anyone looking for a guided trip in Nepal.

I had a lot of fun on this trek. We had a seven days trek to Langtang from Kathmandu. My guide Lakpa Sherpa was super awesome. He was motivating, fun, and the perfect companion for the given situation. I liked the spontaneous responses from Mr.Khum Subedi too. I am more than happy with the service provided on this trip. They organized the whole trek in a way that allowed me to both acclimatize progressively and enjoy the Langtang valley beauty. I had a blast and had the time of my life. The Langtang trek was wonderful! Our guide Megendra was very helpful. He looked out for us the entire time and was fun to be around. He let us set our own pace and gave us space when we wanted it. Megendra was awesome!

This trek was exactly what I had hoped for and more. I wanted a trek that got me away from the crowded areas in the Himalayas, and one where I got to experience the culture. This trek had it all.

This trekking is good for the beginning. My friend and I are having the first time trek, and Langtang trekking trip is suitable for us because the difficulty of it is low. The locals are passion. I had a high altitude sickness and my guide provided a helpful tips and treatment. And decided to terminate the trekking when I need.

We spend 8 days on this trip; we decide to take local bus instead of jeep, we saw a lot of local culture. During the trekking, there are many good views like bamboo, forests, suspension bridge and snow mountains. The guesthouses are nice and unique. Overall speaking, with healthy body, everyone can enjoy this challenge and enjoy the great scenery.

This was a great adventure. I went there in early February , it was really cold at nights but that was probably the only disadvantage. Otherwise I had a chance to experience 4 seasons during a week of trekking. Stunning views, not many tourists at that time. Basic accommodation but that was part of the experience. The worst was the bus journey to and from there to Kathmandu, but I survived that too :) I would recommend this trek to anyone, especially that going that way you support the area affected by the earthquake a few years ago.

My girlfriend and I booked an 11 day trek of the Langtang Valley and Gosainkunda Lakes in April. We couldn't be happier with our experience! Nepal Climbing Adventure was responsive to our inquiries, and they helped us craft our own, custom itinerary for our trek. Furthermore, they rented sleeping bags, puffy jackets, and trekking poles at a very reasonable rate. Lastly, the trek itself was very well organized and accommodating. Our guide, Samrad, was extremely knowledgeable and fun! We became good friends with him and enjoyed nights of good food, tea, and games at every stop. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I go to Langtang trek at mid Feb 2019. This is my first trip to Nepal so I ask much about trip and Mr.Khum is super quick to reply my email. Also when I arrived at Kathmandu, I met mr.Khum and he give me more detail explanation about the trip. Thanks also to my friends, my guide, Samrat Katel and my porter, Pinoj. When the weather is not so good to go to Kyanjin, so Samrat can quickly make another direction area. And honestly, this new area is soooo good!! We go to Sherpagoun area and Kamcim area. From this area you can see both Langtang mountain, Gosaikunda area, Syabrubensi and also Dunche!! Really good view, scenery and also people in thats area.

This tour operator is amazing not only was it able to switch my trek at the last minute the guide also customized the trek to hit multiple peaks because we had time.

This local operator is a very serious and professional trekking agency, we had a very good experience. Before the trekking: good communication, best price. I asked price for a detailled itinerary of 14 days with 7 (!) different trekking agencies: some did not respond or very slow, others gave a price for their standard trekking but not for our itinery, others charged more than the double price... Mr Khum gave a correct price and fast and detailed answers Transfers and hotel before and after the trekking: good During the trekking: we had a very good guide Nuri and two friendly porters (we booked an extra porter). Nuri is very friendly, professional, flexible, and always present, we could count on him. We received always the best available room in the best teahouse of the village. For every meal we could choose 1 item of the available menu list per person, an extra item was to pay a few dollars extra. This was a very clear and simple rule, but in reality 1 item was more than enough, we almost never had to pay extra. We surely had a positive experience, and I can recommend Mr Khum and his trekking agency. As for the price: we know the prices of the teahouses, hotels, guides and porters and food, and a quick calculation learns that the agency wins certainly not more than 10 percent, this is a decent and correct price for the service. So don't pay the double price in another agency, this one gives you good service and good value for money.

Awesome Trip, Fantastic weather and scenery. I did this trek with my farther who is 69 so it accommodates all ages. Lots of wildlife.

Highly recommended. We had a fantastic 8-day tour of the Langtang Valley booked through a local operator. From first email contact, collection at the airport, all internal transfers and then post-trip follow up, Khum Subedi and his team were friendly, prompt and effective operators. Whilst trekking, our guide, Min Agar, gave us consistent service with a smile, friendly conversation and local insights, particularly into local life pre- and post-2015 earthquake that so devastated Nepal. Our only regret is that we couldnt stay for another trek!

We had an 8 days long trip in Langtang and an extra day in Nagarkot. We had beautiful views and experiences and we met with so many friendly people on the way! I can definitely recommend this route, just make sure you are fit enough to hike longer distances at higher altitudes. And by the way, enjoy the lemon tea! :)

This was my first mountain trek. Everything was well organized, and I never had to worry about any logistics details. The company was very responsive to responding to my emails and questions prior to our trek. Our guide and porter went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of at all times. I highly recommend this hike package and investing in a porter for an additional fee. Our only surprise was having to take the bus or choose to pay around $200 USD for private transportation. This was not communicated to us until we were in Kathmandu the evening before the hike. Needless to say, we opted for the bus, which turned out to be a good experience.

While I found the walk challenging, I look back and are so glad I did it. The guide was wonderful, patient & encouraging. He was able to accommodate the youthful enthusiasm & fitness of my son, while proving me with the support & guidance I needed to get me through the day. Returned home with great memories & a great sense of achievement. So glad we did it as we did, thanks so much for enabling us to do it as we did. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the Langtang trek.

I highly recommend this trek, even when in the monsoon season! We reached the top of Kyanjin Valley with clear blue skies and the views were incredible! All of the hotel staff were lovely and accommodating. Both Mr NK (my guide) and Bishnu (my porter) were fantastic, very helpful and fun, I felt very safe the whole time, especially as I was travelling on my own. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Langtang is incredible! Its an amazing feeling when you get to see the view of the Mountain itself and the surrounding area. All the people along the way are extremely welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend this trek

Coming to the end of our world trip, this was an incredibly special experience. We have seen alot of the world and Nepal offered unbeatable natural beauty.

My husband, brother, nephew, Swedish cousin and I did this trek. My husband had a medical emergency and Khum's swift response saved his life. We would not use any other company for our next trek in 2018. Professional, personable and responsible.

Langtang trek is a pleasant/amazing/unbelievable experience. It is plan conservatively (not very tough) but guide accommodated walking faster and skipping one stop. Friendly guides and porters.

Although the terrible earthquake happened, the Langtang village is now recovering. Through my first visit to there, I saw the new buildings made and they are ready to welcome trekkers. Of course the beauty of nature was fantastic and amazing, but also I found the warm heart of village people welcoming us. My main purpose of climbing Mt. Kyanjin Ri was accomplished, but without my guide's help, it must have been more difficult.
