A must-do in Nepal

I travelled alone in the 2nd week of October. Weather was pretty good (only showers in the evening) and sunrises in Poon Hill and Tadapani just amazing. It wasn't as cold as expected and could do without a sleeping bag. The trek is great to get a taste of Nepal beyond the cities, offers lots of opportunities for protography, and can be done even by people with no head for heights (you don't have to be "schwindelfrei"). Deepak -my guide- was incredibly helpful, adjusting to my pace while keeping the tempo, helping all the time and even looking for "Shiva trees" to shoot. Thank you very much! POON HILL 2018: Best part of the trip! Loved every minute.

Over our 2 week trip to Nepal the trek was definite the best part and we loved every part of it. From the moment of booking we had constant communication with Indhira. When we arrived in Kathmandu we met with Indhira and Hari to pick up our down jackets, sleeping bags and duffle bags where they gave us an overview of the trek. Lok and Ajay who were are guide and porter were simply fantastic. Lok was very knowledgeable about the mountains and you can tell he is very experienced and feel his passion for showing people his country. He was always very thoughtful throughout the trek, checking everything was ok and ensuring we had the prime spots to sit and stay in the tea houses. We enjoyed it just being the two of us on the trek as we could go at our own pace. Lok was great at pacing us and never made us feel we were slowing them down. We couldn't have asked for a better guide with Lok and porter with Ajay. We all had a good laugh together and were sad to say goodbye!! I would definitely recommend this local operator. They take care of you from booking to after your trek! They really are focussed on quality and definitely deliver. We plan to come back in 2020 to do another trek and will without a doubt be booking with this operator and hopefully with Lok and Ajay! Thanks for giving us the trip of a lifetime with such good memories!

2nd trip to Poon Hill with family

This is my 2nd trip to Poon Hill, but this time with the whole family, including 2 small kids, 2 yo and 4 yo. Obviously, I have an extra need because of the kids and Hari and Shiva as a guide attentively caters to these needs. What I would like to say here is, it doesn't matter what your needs are, you can bet that they will try hard to make your trip successful and become one of the best memory you will have. Highly recommended
