Overall, very productive and effective sight-seeing trip. I wish time allowed for Colosseum in Rome could be longer so that we have time to go inside Colosseum. Also I wish were able to stop by at Acrh de Triomphe for photo shooting opportunity instead of having more time at Montmartre. Not able to go inside Versailles Palace was disappointing simply too many visitors, could have planned a bit better ahead for entry

Too much hours driving from one place to another. Wasted 1 day just by driving from Paris to London when the train can take us to London for 4 hours only. But then grateful to have a ride and take us to tourist spots

The trip was good overall although some tours were very rushed and it was exhausting. A good point is alot was packed into a day so we got to see many attractions. Best hotel was in Switzerland. Hotel in Paris was in a bit of a dodgy area, unfortunately the hotel in Rouen was not so good and the London hotel was even worse. London hotel was very old and staff not very helpful. Problem with hotels is that they are far from central places and not on bus/ttain routes. Breakfast was same in all hotels every day, only London had a good breakfast menu. On the last day, the tour guide Joachim was extremely rude to those of us that were finishing the tour. We were supposed to be completed in Camden but he just dumped us outside of the British Museum and would not listen to reason. Also, its very unprofessional of Europamundo to simply dump their passengers anywhere on the last day. One is expected to drag their luggage from the spot where one is dumped to their destination. We paid in advance for thr gondola ride which was supposed to be 30mins, but was only 15 mins. The tour guides, Ava is really good and keeps us on thr go, local guide Christina is very soft spoken and tourists speak above her, Ignatio is great and very helpful but not firm enough with the tourists. Sophia is absolutely amazing and made her part very fun and enjoyable and was the best fuide we had, Raymundo was great, caring and fun loving.
