Crafted for senior travelers eager for cultural immersion, this guided small group trip takes you through Bhutan’s spectacular landscapes and vibrant festivals.
Timed to coincide with the legendary Thimphu Festival—founded in 1670 in honor of Guru Rinpoche—this trip offers front-row access to masked dances, prayer ceremonies, and a carnival-like atmosphere where ancient customs come alive. Along the way, visit sacred sites in Bemri Lhakhang, Paro, and beyond, all while enjoying comfortable accommodations and seamless logistics.

This trip provides a fascinating insight into a little known destination. We loved it!
This is a trip of a lifetime to the most beautiful place on the earth. Such beauty from the people, the environment, the culture and from the expert care of the team who show you their fantastic country.
Wonderful buildings, incredible Bhuddist traditions, lovely scenery, friendly people - a really peaceful, largely unspoilt and unique country - and a photographer's paradise. The only down side is the dangerous road from Wangdue to Gantey.
Beautiful country Calm happy people
