I have to congratulate Jess and Picture This for a fantastic experience in booking the flights today. Jess was FANTASTIC. She was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining everything I wanted to know along with being courteous and extremely professional. It was a pleasure having her on the other end of the phone helping me make a decision on booking my Christmas presents.
