day 1 - Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2664m)
The trip starts from Kathmandu. From the domestic airport, we'll take an amazing mountain flight to Lukla. After a short break in Lukla, we'll get acquainted with our trekking crew and porters.
We'' start our trek on a narrow trail, mostly winding down through the Sherpa villages, Chauri Kharka, Thado Koshi, and Ghat (2600m). Ghat village is the lowest elevation village on our trip. Have a fresh-cooked lunch and then continue another hour to Phakding village.

day 2 - Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m)
Trek along the pine forest to Bankar and Manjo village by crossing suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi river. Hike to Jorsalle, a small village, where we will have lunch before continuing the forest trek up to Namche Bazaar via Hillary Bridge. Get a quick view of Mount Everest. Guesthouse at Namche.

day 3 - Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar
We'll take today for acclimatization before reaching a very high altitude. You can take a short hike around and up to Everest View Hotel via Syangboche airport (3800m) for amazing views.

day 4 - Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3800m)
Today's trek has a panoramic view of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and more. We'll take a short break in Sanasa and descend down to Khungi Thanga river bank and trek onwards to Tengboche Monastery. In the evening, we can participate in Buddhist ceremonies hosted by the Tengboche Monastery monks group.

day 7 - Rest and acclimatization day before Kongma-La Pass
Today is the next acclimatization day before heading to the high pass of Kongma-La. It is our first pass on the trek and we'll need to prepare! Enjoy a day hike up to 5000-meter elevation to get more acclimatized and back to the guest house

day 8 - Kongma-La Pass (5530 m) and trek to Lobuche (4945m)
After breakfast in the early morning, we begin the Kongma-La pass trek. The narrow trail goes gradually up to 4500 meters and we walk very slow. Before reaching the pass, we'll see beautiful turquoise glacial lakes. The view from the pass is also amazing, you can see Lobuche and Khumbu Glacier, which you need to cross over.

day 9 - Trek to Everest Base Camp (5325m) via Gorekshep (5185m)
Today we trek to Gorekshep along the Khumbu glacier and soak in the majestic view of the Himalayas. This is hard hiking on rocky trails. Lunch at Gorekshep and trek to Everest Base Camp. Return back to Gorekshep for the night stop.

day 10 - Kalapatthar sunrise (5545m) and trek to Dzongla (4800m)
In the early morning, hike up to Kalapatthar viewpoint for stunning views of Mount Everest and Khumbu glacier. This takes about 2 hours to go up and 1 hour to go down. It will be really chilly at the top, so remember to wear a warm layer!
After the sunrise, it is back to Gorekshep for breakfast and the backward journey to Lobuche. We follow the right bank to reach the Dzongla for the night stop via Lobuche Peak base camp. Get ready for Chola Pass tomorrow.

day 11 - Cross Chola Pass (5430m) trek to Dragnag (4710m)
After breakfast in the morning, we begin the Chola-La pass hike with views of Chola-Tse Mountain and Lobuche Peak. The rocky trail heading up to the pass along the stone steps passes glaciers, scenic views of the Himalayas, and Chola Lake. At the top of Cho-La, we celebrate our second summit and make our way to Dragnag. Altogether we hike 7 to 8 hours.

day 12 - Trek to Gokyo Lake (4750m) and explore
An easy morning today after the yesterday's long high passes trek. We cross the Ngozumba Glacier and reach Gokyo Lake. We'll spend 2 nights here. After lunch, we hike up to the 5th lake along the glacier. We reach very close to Mount Tso Oyu (8188m) Enjoy the evening on Gokyo Lakeside.

day 13 - Sunrise hike to Gokyo Ri (5357m) and full day in Gokyo
Early morning, we trek to Gokyo Ri for a sunrise view of Mount Everest, Tso Oyou, and other snowy peaks. The hike is challenging, along a narrow loose rocky trail that can be slippery. The final view from Gokyo Ri is one of the best views in the Khumbu Region.
Head back to Gokyo Lakeside and have a leisure day before heading to the third pass.

day 14 - Renjo La pass (5365m) trek down to Lungden (4375m)
After breakfast, we kick off our journey to the third-highest pass in the Everest region. Walk along the Gokyo lakeside and begin the gradual ascent to Renjo-La Pass where we will see a magnificent view of the Himalayas and Gokyo Lake. The windy hills do not allow staying long at the top! We leave the Khumbu Himalayas behind us and enter the Thame Rolwaling Valley with our descent. On a rocky and steep trail hike, we reach Lungden where we stay the night. We'll celebrate our 3-pass crossing.

day 15 - Trek to Namche via Thame Village (3440m)
From today, the trek diverts us back to Lukla via Thame Village. We take a short break to visit Thame monastery and continue to hike along the bush and forest to Namche Bazaar. E route, we pass Tham village and cave monastery.

day 16 - Trek back to Lukla (2800m)
This is the final day of our three passes trek. We trek backtrack via Monjo and exit from Sagarmatha National Park before passing through Phakding and Chauri Khara to Lukla for the last night. We'll celebrate the happy ending to our trek with the crew and prepare for a morning flight.
