Itinerary

For trekkers longing to retrace the iconic route to Everest, the "Everest Base Camp Trek" offers a 16-day adventure through some of Nepal’s most storied landscapes. Guided by experienced mountain leaders, this tour takes you from Kathmandu to the foot of the world’s tallest peak, pausing in traditional Sherpa villages and staying in welcoming teahouses along the way. Built-in acclimatization days and a high staff-to-traveler ratio ensure both safety and comfort on this challenging trek. The trip’s thoughtful structure includes all accommodations, meals, and transport, so you can focus on the journey’s highlights: panoramic views of Everest, atmospheric monasteries, and the chance to witness the unique culture of the Himalayas. The standout USP? Exceptional support and expertise at every step, with expedition departures offering even more immersive experiences during peak climbing season.

day 1Adventure begins in Kathmandu

Begin your adventure at the Royal Singi Hotel in Kathmandu, the start point for many Himalayan trekkers over the years.
Around 6pm, bid namaste to your tour leader and fellow travellers, when we gather as a group for the first time to get to know each other and learn more about the adventures ahead during a full trek briefing.
Your tour leader then ensures a big Nepalese welcome by arranging a group dinner.
Rest up, we begin our trek to Everest Base Camp tomorrow.

Guillia put a great self-drive tour together for us and Susana looked after us as we travelled. (Even when we got lost) The car and accommodation was good and the guides patient and informative. Only issue we had was parking in small villages, garages, and cities. Apart from the parking we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, thank you.
