It was a well planned but hurried trip.Duration could be more and Slovenia should be covered more.

Value for money tour

I must say that a couple of the hotels were below par. We did not stay at the spa in Sarajevo but The Austrian & Bosnia hotel which was absolutely awful, also the Ibis styles was too “budget” to be included as one of your hotels

I give the trip only 4 out of 5 because most parts were good however late arrival at hotels made us feel rushed to get to dinner then in the morning time for breakfast was limited before departure. Also some of the hotels were very bad.

Fantastic trip! All went to plan, was as advertised/described on the listing on TourRadar and was a great itinerary of destinations. Our guide Johanna for the English-speakers was simply amazing: so knowledgeable, friendly, positive and so well organised. It was absolutely worth the money doing an organised tour with the hotels, transport and local guides all arranged for the trip. The other guides on the tour for the Spanish and Japanese speakers, Anita and Katsue, were also brilliant.

We knew the trip would be hectic but could have saved a lot of time if trilingualEnglish, Spanish and Japanese explanations were not there. A single language trip offers more cohesion and saves time. I am sure evening check ins around 7:30 8pm could have been dine byb7pm if a single language tour could have been organized. Otherwise hotels, meals and sightseeing were of an excellent quality

The itinerary was great, well planned. We learned a lot of history and saw a magical part of the country. Incredible views and excellent company. although nor enough time our guide Johona and driverMatia keep us safe. Very good company. would highly recommend for anyone visiting Croatia

Amazing trip. Picked us up as scheduled. Our guide Johana was knowledgeable guide, we were well taken care of and enjoyed our day. We would highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Croatia. People were nice and friendly.

Had an awesome time and fun on this trip. Made memories and my tour guide Igor was awesome. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient.

We loved this tour. The tour director was amazing, the coach we travelled in and driver too was great. We really enjoyed as there was so much time to explore the places on our own after the local guided tour in each city. Each city We travelled to was unique and stunning. Most hotels and meals provided were fantastic with the exception of a couple. Overall the tour of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia was excellent and would highly recommend

The tour covered amazing towns and countries. A little more time in these cities would have made it more enjoyable. The guide and the driver was excellent.

The Guide, the bus, the driver and the choice of places were excellent. I have to say some of the Hotels like Aristos, Mondo in Split, BB Ljubljana was terrible. I would suggest that Europamundo pay more diligence to picking up hotels to make the overall trip enjoyable. Some of the food in these hotels were not at all par. These unpleasant experience completely diminish the overall experience.

The places visited were beautiful

Brilliant tour with so much in the week to see and do . Visited some beautiful places and the accommodation was great especially in Dubrovinik. Guide Anita was great as was the driver of the bus Some of the hotels when not a buffet the food and service was not great and some of the days were really rushed arriving at the hotels and having to rush to dinner . Few too many shopping and toilet stops on some days

Honestly, the thing we liked the most was our tour guide - Borna. Not only was he extremely friendly and kind, but he was extremely knowledgeable. He shared the history of every region we visited and did it in multiple languages. We heard him speak Spanish, Portuguese and English…but he knew more. He was always going out of his way to make sure that all of us were understanding the information he was sharing. The regions we visited - Croatia, Bosnia, and Slovenia - were rich with history and were absolutely beautiful The tour was more than we ever expected. We will definitely book with Europomundo again and we would LOVE to get to have Borna as our guide

We traveled during off peak so we were able to go about the trip in a relaxed manner. We were few in the English speaking group and mostly asian so we were able to get along well. The guide was easy to approach and helpful. The itinerary, hotels, and overall service was good value for money.

Would have been great if hotels in Ljubjana and Dubrovnik were in the city itself. Also bus is rather old, no wifi.

The tour leader, Ivan, was very patient and meticulous. He was pleasant and easy to deal with. I also enjoyed the mix of cultures and personalities in the group that I was included with.

This is the 4th time travelling with Europamundo. I always enjoy the flexible itinerary. Every trips, I always managed to make new great friends from all over the world. It was another great trip with Europamundo and bless with fantastic group.

This is my 4th time with Europamundo. And this trip was very smooth from the starts. My groups of passengers were great. And I made a few friends and we even plan to travel together again with Europamundo. Even tho, we speak different language. With my little Spanish their little english, now we are good friends. Great trip enjoyed very much.

We loved the Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia trip. It was very well organized and the locations we visited were interesting and varied. The hotels were excellent and so was the food. We saw so much in the time we spent traveling. What made our trip especially memorable was the outstanding Europamundo guide. Sanja was wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, fun, and accommodating. She enhanced our travel experience immensely. The historical explanations she provided before getting to a new location were excellent an allowed us to learn and appreciate what we saw and experienced so much more. Outstanding

Everything while on the tour exceeded my expectations. I did not have a travel agent and Europamundo could have communicated better before the trip.

from hotel, foods and daily tours schedule are all excellent including our guide Ivana Gavran and driver Vlado, they are very accommodating, helpful and fun to be with.

Excellent guide, Ivana. Very knowledgeable n cheerful. Good that we were able to try local food at certain places recommended by guide. At certain places/town ,weather was not friendly for a walk n was late.

Overall the trip was great Vecchio, our tour guide was exceptionally good - fluent in English and Spanish which was impressive. He was organized, telling us not only about the history of each country but when and where we are stopping for the toilet and the itinerary for the next day. He was always cheerful and easy going. He had an infectious sense of humor which made the early mornings bearable. It would have been great to spend more time in Plitvice lakes, however given the time for road travel, it is understandable why there is limited time in each place. Perhaps it would be better to extend the trip to 10days. Coach was comfortable and adequate toilet stops were made. Didnt mind the bilingual tour as the tour guide was easy to understand.

I love every single place I have seen, especially the late, waterfalls, but not the Catholic churches, close, even during the day at some places.

It was a packed program, covered a lot of place of interests, mostly good hotels, good guides and co passengers were friendly barring for one lady from Argentina.

There was an interesting mix of people from various countries. Our guides were excellent - Ivana is kind, co operative and taking care of each minute details. As for passenger there was one lady from Argentina Ms ANDREA MUNOZ who was unpleasant to co passengers. She would not straighten her seat at all and this caused great discomfort as the coach was almost full and there were no empty seats to use. Anita for the Spanish market was friendly and helpful too. As for the tour, the Jama Postojna Cave was breathtaking and awesome and also Plitvice National Park was a wonderful surprise. Rest of the cities were good. Maybe a couple of days more in the program would have been idyllic as it got very hectic and tiring and border crossings took most of the time and hence rest of the program has to be rushed. But it was a wonderful experience and most of the co passengers were very happy.
