It was perfectly planned and all your guides were too good, specially I would like to mention HUGO very soft spoken with always a smiling face. Your Organization has tried utmost that we cover maximum areas. All the Hotels were good except Novotel at Florence where the staff were rude and also the restaurant doesnot serve any kind of Asian food based on Chicken/ Fish. Also Zlepp Hotels where the staff behavior is Excellent but Breakfast is just OK and they have no restaurant also not in the neighborhood, But from your side it was perfect and we also appreciate that your Team has tried utmost to show as much places as possible. Regarding some additional tour which is there in your App kindly delete it.
The tour was relaxing. Having all the logistics managed by Europamundo, We were able to enjoy the history, food, scenery etc.
very happy
Overall the trip was very good. Little bit hectic, but we enjoyed the trip. Our tour leader Julio was an awesome person. He is very passionate about his work. I hope he keeps the same spirit in the future. Our 1st tour leader Manuel was good. But he cheated us of our money in Venice for the Gondola service as well as city tour in Rome. The city tour in Rome was not worth 35 per person as it did not include any entry tickets to any place of interest. It was just a simple walk through the market and not north 35. For Gondola service also, we paid 35 per person and 6 of us were placed in the same Gondola. We came to know that the total price of a Gondola is 80-100 irrespective of number of people. So, Manuel overcharged us a lot.
The trip was great. Our tour leader Julio was very enthusiastic and helpful. He provided a lot of info about the various places we visited. Julio is one of the reason I would recommend Europamundo to my friends. However our 1st tour leader Manuel took advantage of us and extorted money for the Gondolas in Venice. He charged 35 per head and put 6 people together in a gondola. We found out that the total price of a Gondola ride is 80-100 irrespective of number of people. So, for 6 people, the actual cost would have been 13-15 per head. Even if he charged 20, he would have got some profit. 35 per head is total extortion from tourists like us.
