Madrid - Salamanca - Porto (Portugal). We leave Madrid from our bus terminal at 8:00, travelling towards Salamanca, one of Spain’s most beautiful and historic university cities. Founded in the 12th century, its prestigious university is among the oldest in Europe. You’ll have free time to wander through the charming old town and admire the magnificent Baroque architecture of the Plaza Mayor, the city’s lively central square. In the afternoon, we continue across the border into Portugal and make our way to Porto, a city celebrated for its riverfront charm and world-famous port wine. Please note: This tour is bi-lingual, and will be conducted in Spanish as well as in English. Meeting Point: C. de Ferraz, 3, Moncloa - Aravaca, 28008 Madrid at 7:30.
