I cannot say enough about Oldemar and his team. We bought our plane tickets and thats it! They handled everything else for 15 days!!! We visited Tamarindo, Monteverde, La Fortuna, Arenal, Tortuguero, Puerto Viejo and San Jose. We were there in rainy season, and had private van transfers to each location. Oldemar, Pablo, and Oscar were especially amazing Costa Ricans, and we met countless others. We had dozens of transfers, adventure boat rides, excursions, day and night hikes, horseback rides to waterfalls, nature hikes, zip lines, hanging bridges, and a special late night trip to watch the giant sea turtles lay their eggs. Amazing!!! CRs are very proud that their teachers and professors are their army, since theyve had no military in over 70 years. Education and health care are free. They have between 3-6% of the worlds biodiversity - birds, snakes, frogs, monkeys, sloths, and so many more. Pay attention that the rainy season means it rains (sometimes HARD) and is very humid! What a wonderful trip!! You can trust this company 1000%

My husband and I traveled with this travel operator in Feb. 2020. The trip was marred with many logistical issues- missing tour reservations, transports not showing up or very late causing delays, etc. The sights, the country , the lodgings were very nice, but the waiting time wasted and the confusion really derailed what could have been a pleasant trip. We were also to be refunded for a tour cancelled due to weather. I have a long chain of emails regarding this with promises of the refund coming soon. We are now 11 months after the trip and the refund has not been issued. Service of this company is definitely questionable and not reliable.

My Costa Rica vacation was perfect. Loved each hotel. All tours were fun. Saw so much wildlife it was unbelievable, and had great, enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides. Every transfer was smooth with the driver either being on time or a bit early. Amazingly, each driver was almost like a tour guide, pointing out unique and interesting facts and even stopping for photos, while driving well and safely. It is refreshing to meet people who have such a love of their country. Planning the trip on your website was fun and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I did run into a couple of parties who also booked through your website and they were having a great experience, too.

I can say without a doubt that our trip was fantastic. The only thing I can complain about is that the monkeys weren`t running around all over the place as we had hoped, but that of course has nothing to do with your company. You all were great in securing our lodgings and transfers! All our hotels just seemed to get increasingly better as the trip progressed. Our guides and drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. We have already recommended this operator to someone we met on the trip! Thanks again for helping to make our stay memorable!

This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation I had in a really long time. Everything that was organized through your company worked like a charm. The hotels provided were good, although some of them could use a small upgrade (e.g. Heliconia Lodge didn`t have warm water in the shower only in the sink, Arenal Paraiso had a non-functioning refrigerator as decorative item in the bedroom). But overall I had no bad surprises. It was nice to have someone meet me at the airport in San Jose and explain everything to me, including whom to call if any help is needed. I traveled by myself and I don`t speak Spanish, so having a contact name and number was very nice for me. I would use your service again, and highly recommend it to others.

I would like to thank you for the very good services we received it was really a pleasant trip. Its good to go off season they give you the best rooms most of the hotels we stayed upgraded and gave us their best rooms. The trips transfer from one place to another were on time we had great drivers and guides. The tours we had were also great we did most of what we scheduled and even added some other activities except for one where in we traded the zipline for the hanging bridges instead. I would highly recommend your company to friends and family who are also interested to do some trips. Its well organized and true to its offers. Again my sister and I would like to extend our profound gratitude for the great experience!

Some one was waiting for us as soon as we arrived in Costa Rica and drove us to our hotel. Drivers were always ready for us; it was a great organizational feat. Someone from the company called us a couple of times during our trip to make sure that everything was going well and we appreciated that. We loved Karahe Hotel in Manuel Antonio beach at the end of the trip in particular. Thanks for everything!
