Florence Museum and gallery visits Trips

Hi Stefania! Sorry to take so long to write back. It has been crazy trying to get back into the swing of things at work after that trip. Italy was amazing!! We absolutely loved it! As for feedback on the trip, we really don't have anything that was negative. We loved everything that was planned! We especially loved how you planned the sites that we went and how the pattern flowed (not sure if you did it on purpose but we think so). Also, thank you for being very accessible to us during the whole planning of the trip. You helped put us at ease and it was very reassuring that we chose the right company. That is all that I can given you that might be considered constructive. The rest I could say would just be compliments on everything else. If I can think of anything else that I think is useful I will definitely email you. Hope all is well, Jane P.S. - Does your company only provide trips for Italy or other countries as well, just wondering for the future :)

Stefania - George and I returned last night from our trip of a lifetime! I keep telling people that it felt like a dream. So with laundry and luggage on the floor, I wanted to stop and send you this message! That tells you just how much we enjoyed our trip. Every detail, every transfer, restaurant recommendation, etc. was spot on. We could not have asked for better insight or a better planned trip. The tours.... oh the tours... were fantastic. We learned so much and while we expected the guides to be nice, we were not prepared for just how thorough and nice they would be. Not to mention funny! We enjoyed them as much as we did the sights that they led us through. The hotels were amazing as well. The rooms were great, but their locations were exactly where we needed to be to have the trip we sought after. But I must say that when we stepped onto the property at Hotel Caruso, I felt like we had stepped into a postcard. The flowers and the views were breathtaking. We spent a lot of time just trying to take it all in. There are no words that I can type, and even with a minor dissertation I couldn't cover it all. I have uploaded over 700 pictures and came home 8 pounds heavier! And this morning I went to the Italian grocer/importer to get my fresh mozzarella. I can't even eat food the way I used to. You planned a trip and anniversary celebration that can never be topped. We thank you!!

Dear Enrico, the purpose of this letter is to sing your praises on assisting me with the trip of a lifetime to Italy this past summer, For over a year and a half, my husband and I talked about this trip. I started planning last fall but recognized that I needed help in order to do it the best way possible to make it trouble-free, less complicated and most memorable. I found your company on a search and it was the best find ever. Your attention to detail were invaluable to us. When I started working with you, I found a person that was professional, dedicated, and fun. There were many frustrating moments trying to plan this trip and it was a logistics challenge from day one. We worked through it with a lot of good humor and accomplished our goal. It was to be a month long trip around Italy and included family members and friends that had to fly in and out at different times and who all had different interests and desires. The itinerary you coordinated was fabulous to say the least. Everyone was thrilled with what they got to do while they were there. From the museums, sites and hotels of Venice, Florence and Rome I just can't even put into words how fantastic it all was. We were inspired, awestruck, moved, and educated. We laughed, we walked (and walked), we ate and drank mercilessly and returned home with the best memories we could possibly have. The quality and education of the tour guides was remarkable and contributed greatly to our trip. Even the drivers we had for transfers were extremely nice and helpful. It enhanced our trip and we learned so much everywhere we went. I would highly recommend you and your company to anyone that is considering a trip to Italy (and, in fact, I have). I look forward to working with you again, in the future, on another trip to Italy. It is such a beautiful country and even though we saw so much, there is still so much more to see! Thank you again.

We could not have been happier. This was the one tour we arranged during our 2 week trip, a splurge for our budget, and definitely a highlight. It was worth every penny! Our tour guide, Helga, was outstanding. Her extensive knowledge of the art and of Florence deepened our interest and appreciation for both. We would have been overwhelmed by the vast Uffizi collection on our own. This tour was two-hours and then some, but was so engaging it felt like no time at all. We would have happily listened to Helga all day! We would highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide, Karina, was exceptional and sharing the big and little details that went into Roman life in Florence during our Uffizi Tour. The small group size allowed for plenty of questions and added details and facts from Karina. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves art, history, culture, and Italy. I also recommend this tour for parents looking to engage your kids with stories, details and fascinating facts about life in the middle ages through the Renaissance. We'll be back!

You could spend a full day here and most travelers do not have the time so a knowledgeable guide is a great way to see the highlights in an informative way. Our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable.
