Very happy with itinerary & Claudia our guide & the driver . It was everything l hoped to see , accommodation was ideal & comfortable.Really enjoyed the cooking class & meal afterwards Time to explore on my own was great The ferry ride along Cinque Terre was amazing . I would love to travel with Back Roads again The small group suited me. Helen

This tour was enjoyable from the moment we met in Rome until we said goodbye in the same. The Tour Guide, Shae Harrington, was compassionate and alert to every possible issue and made everyone feel significant. Our first drivers, Captain Joshee, was warm and concerned for all as was the second driver. I loved every stop and the other tourist were polite and caring. Thank you @Expat Tours. Dear Enrico, the purpose of this letter is to sing your praises on assisting me with the trip of a lifetime to Italy this past summer, For over a year and a half, my husband and I talked about this trip. I started planning last fall but recognized that I needed help in order to do it the best way possible to make it trouble-free, less complicated and most memorable. I found your company on a search and it was the best find ever. Your attention to detail were invaluable to us. When I started working with you, I found a person that was professional, dedicated, and fun. There were many frustrating moments trying to plan this trip and it was a logistics challenge from day one. We worked through it with a lot of good humor and accomplished our goal. It was to be a month long trip around Italy and included family members and friends that had to fly in and out at different times and who all had different interests and desires. The itinerary you coordinated was fabulous to say the least. Everyone was thrilled with what they got to do while they were there. From the museums, sites and hotels of Venice, Florence and Rome I just can't even put into words how fantastic it all was. We were inspired, awestruck, moved, and educated. We laughed, we walked (and walked), we ate and drank mercilessly and returned home with the best memories we could possibly have. The quality and education of the tour guides was remarkable and contributed greatly to our trip. Even the drivers we had for transfers were extremely nice and helpful. It enhanced our trip and we learned so much everywhere we went. I would highly recommend you and your company to anyone that is considering a trip to Italy (and, in fact, I have). I look forward to working with you again, in the future, on another trip to Italy. It is such a beautiful country and even though we saw so much, there is still so much more to see! Thank you again.

This is a great ""taster"" of Europe - the perfect way to experience and check out what you want to see more of in a future trip. I had a great time and met some terrific people along the way - a few of which I am sure will become life-long friends. The tour is fast and busy - you will require a few days of rest afterwards. But, it is meticulously planned out. Our tour leader, Rogan, was great - funny and keen to help wherever he could. The drivers too, Capitan Joshy and Ivo, were both brilliant and had incredible skills on tricky terrain. I really loved this trip. Thank you Expat!

From the moment of meeting the tour guide and the tour group we were loving every minute. The tour guide Jackie kept the tour on track, was funny, and made sure everyone was always ok and enjoying themselves. Jackie was amazing. With the extreme heat we experienced in the last few days, Jackie adjusted the tour enough to relieve the need to do too much walking in that heat. Thank you Jackie as none of us wanted heat stroke. All the Tours and stops along the way were awesome and amazing. We were a family of 4 and we all absolutely loved the tour. We will definitely travel with Expat again.

The tour leader, Shae, and both the drivers, Josh and Ivo, were all great and super nice. The places we visited like the dairy farm, Stefan's Wine and Christmas Paradise, all the cruises in the different countries is something truly unique to experience. Exploring so many different types of towns and cities with your friends, family and the new people you meet is a memory you will cherish forever!
