A wonderful fast paced trip. Be prepared for a fabulous historical and cultural experience.
Make sure you love walking, those that don’t spoil it for the rest of the group. Pack for all types of weather we unexpectedly experienced snow in April. This was also a real treat.
Make sure you have plenty of loose change for public bathroom costs and small notes for tipping local specialists.
Enjoy

Guillia put a great self-drive tour together for us and Susana looked after us as we travelled.
(Even when we got lost)
The car and accommodation was good and the guides patient and informative.
Only issue we had was parking in small villages, garages, and cities.
Apart from the parking we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, thank you.

This trip was value packed with essential sightseeing and experiences. It was a definite ‘bucket list’ type of holiday. The trip was extremely well organised. The knowledge and experience of the Tour Director made everything run smoothly like clockwork and the driver’s skills were impeccable. We were constantly entertained with interesting anecdotes, often embellished with humour and overall we learnt so much. Fellow travellers were incredibly interesting and friendly and we all made lots of new friends. Possibly the only challenge was the fast pace of the trip with 10 countries in 21 days but nobody complained because we enjoyed the itinerary so much. Trafalgar is an amazing company with excellent people who took great care of all our needs and wants. Greatly recommend.
