Florence Walking Trips

I enjoyed a great week in Tuscany, nothing was too much trouble for our Explore Leader, Enrico. We had a very delicious wine tasting on Day 2, with a great lunch and we finished the week with an Aperitif overlooking Florence. The hotel in Florence was changed quite late and if you were to have a room on the main street it was quite noisy. If you like walking, wine and food, I would definitely recommend this trip.

The Via Degli Dei is a fantastic walk - 2 great Italian cities and stunning landscapes every day which made the tough climbs worthwhile. They dealt with everything once we arrived, the accommodation was good and varied which added to the appeal of the trip. It's helpful to have some basic Italian as a couple of places did not speak English but everyone was so friendly. Will use them again - we are already planning next year's trip!

The entire experience was terrific ... the itinerary was well-paced and exciting, Tuscany is beautiful and the food was awesome, and best of all our guide AJ was the "star of the show" who made the trip really educational and memorable.

Excellent trip and very good guide in AJ. Only negative was hotel in Florence. Good location (change from original hotel) but was tired and cleanliness could have been better. Very cramped solo room 🙁 Highlights were Pienza and Castellina in Chianti. Great hotels, beautiful walks and really good food and wine. 😀

Giancarlo, our amazing driver, not only made every journey smooth but also made us feel like locals with his expertise and personal connections to Tuscany. The entire adventure felt seamless, joyful, and meaningful. It was more than a trip—it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience shared with an unforgettable group of people.

Everything was excellent. Hotels, luggage transfer, hiking app. And the hike itself of course. Beautiful views, hiking the right amount of challenge, enough time to enjoy destinations and experience along the way. Highly recommend.
