This was a perfect experience for us. We don't want to come home, and we felt both safe when needed and free to explore our surroundings. We wish this tour operator continued success with their hiring such stellar individuals. Additionally, Reniel & Tamara, who took care of our room on the 4th floor, were thoughtful, cheerful & helpful. Dining room staff, especially Andrea, Harrison, Milos and Halim, were so nice to see each day, and actually anticipated our wants. Tracie made fantastic meals and her vibrant personality was a joy. Your behind-the-scenes staff were also pleasant & welcoming when we would meet them in passing. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This was the best decision we've made since getting married. This operator was the perfect choice.

A great trip. Patagonia is a large area but this trip hits the highlights- Fitzroy, Petito Moreno glacier, Torres del Paines NP, and Ushuaia. The minibus trips from El Calafate to Torres del Paine (1 day) and from TdP and Ushuaia (2 days) are long but there are stops for pictures, short walking, food so not too bad. Our group agreed that hikes should be considered as moderate- both have parts that aren't bad but both have parts that are steep and rocky so more challenging.

We travelled to Patagonia in the group, departing November 16th 2015. I had waited a long time to visit and was not disappointed. There was a lot of travelling to do, but it is such a vast area, this was ineviatble and the long days by bus were limited to two on rough roads. Fortunately, the weather was good and this only enhanced the stunning scenery. Generally, the accommodation was good, Calafate is worth mentioning as I thought the accommodation was exceptional and staff extremely friendly- and had the best room views from my perspective. The activities were well considered and there were lots of opportunities to stop and admire your surroundings. Most memorable will always be the long walking days, because there was no rush and they took you to places of incredible beauty. Buenos Aires was an interesting city, with hidden gems for us, which included an area to have luch and watch tango in the day time. I would struggle to find fault with this trip, only that it would have been easy to extend and stay for longer.

We planned our epic trip to South America with Analia. She was excellent at listening, advising, tailoring, meeting expectations for our requirements to make this trip an amazing experience. Joaquina then took over to support and guide us through the finer details of the trip, and whilst we were on our holiday. We had access to a WhatsApp support for any queries along the way, a 24 hour emergency WhatsApp number also. The tours and guides were of all very good, with some guides standing out as excellent. We did find it a little annoying when on larger tours with multi lingual guides as we seemed to be in the minority. It felt like we weren't gaining from the same level of information as that delivered to the Spanish speaking! However, overall, the service was seamless, caring, friendly and professional. I would recommend the team without hesitation. Thank you 🙂🙂
