Beyond Expectations

Our travel agent, Lucila, designed the best trip ever. Everything was just perfect—from the hotels to the wild experiences. We enjoyed the trip so much; every day felt like a dream. I look forward to organizing a new adventure around the world with Lucila. Everything was just AMAZING! Thank you, Lucila and team!

Fantastic trip, one of the best I have been on. Beautiful country, amazing landscapes, lovely friendly people. Plus we had a fun group and an excellent guide, Marcelo. And we were lucky with the weather too. Yes, it’s expensive but worth it. Spend the extra to do the optional activities to make the most of it. Loved the walking with penguins, the zodiac trip on Rio Serrano and both the big walks. The days are very long but you can always sleep on the bus/back at home! Contrary to previous reviews I thought the hotels were all fine and the breakfasts were great and a good start to each day. The tango show we went to was in a small venue and great. Wish I’d added more time in Buenos Aires before the trip as it’s a lovely city and there’s a lot to see and do there - I will be back.

Excellent

This trip is a great way to experience Patagonia especially if you are not interested in just hiking since the other included activities are a kayak tour, and a trip to see the Perito Moreno Glacier. The tour includes only one guided hike so if you are interested in more hiking, you can sign up for the "Hike Patagonia In Depth" tour which is the same tour as Patagonia Hiking, but also extends to the W Trek. The included guided hike is long, but do-able if you are fairly fit and aren't an avid hiker because only the last hour and a half to the top is the tough part with a very steep incline. This also means that there is a steep decline on the way down with a strong potential for slipping on rocks. Hiking poles were recommended and easy to rent in town the night before the hike. At least right now, Patagonia is stupid expensive so be prepared to shell out a lot of money on a daily basis. Just to go on an optional hike is $45 and that is not a guided hike, that's just the cost of park entry to go on the hike. Overall, a lovely tour and a great way to experience Patagonia with a variety of activities.

Says what it needs to say and sounds good

Very good bunch of people and tour guides along the way Especially Matais and Chris on the Torres axel Paine trek. I really enjoyed Juan’s company as our main tour guide with a great attitude and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Juan again he was simply fantastic.

Very enjoyable customized 8-night trip without any problems!

My family booked a customized 8-night trip to Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno and Iguazu and we were happy with how the trip went. Throughout the planning process Lucia and Julieta answered all of our questions and gave us different options that suited our needs. We enjoyed the hotels which were all in excellent central locations (which was what we requested). The professional local operators were both punctual and knowledgeable. Perhaps the highest compliment is that nothing went wrong during our trip and I doubt that is just by luck :-) If you are looking for experts to help you plan and organize your vacation, this is a great agency!

Seamless travel planning

Victoria provided us with an excellent itinerary. Everything was arranged and delivered as promised. All the tour operators were on time, and we had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to travel to Argentina and Chile to book their trip with Beyond Argentina. Victoria is very responsive, and you can contact her during your trip if anything changes. She created an itinerary that was very enjoyable, and her recommendations were impeccable.
