What a fabulous trip and itinerary. Great variety covering city , rainforests, waterfalls and beaches . Despite a packed itinerary it felt quite relaxed and we had lots of free time to enjoy the many varied places we visited . Our guide Marcel was excellent , helping make our trip super special , and despite a lot of rain at key points in the trip, helped us soldier on and adapt accordingly . Can't fault the trip , my only observation for improvement would be an extra night in Rio as we had to dash to sugar loaf mountain the day we were leaving . We needed a little more time to cover the highlights of Rio .

This was a fantastic trip that lived up fully to its billing, as we saw many spectacular and varied landscapes and we sampled many gorgeous wines. The guide Lucia was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. My only observation is that it was a hard trip in terms of several very long days travelling of 8 or more hours - over 12 hours on one day - which meant we rarely had the chance to relax and/or enjoy the hotel facilities (e.g. pools in most hotels). The Trip Notes highlighted this but even so, after more than a dozen Explore trips previously which we thought prepared us for a lot of time on the road , we were still surprised. Essentially the trip was 12 full days and we thought it could have been stretched to 14 to cover the same itinerary - maybe an extra day in Cafayate and in Cachi? Why for example, did we travel from Mendoza to Aconcagua (a brilliant trip) but then back to Mendoza (3 hours each way) on one day, only to retrace our steps almost all the way back to Aconcagua on the next day, on the way to the next stop? This retracing of the same route wasted 6 hours, or almost a full day? Why did we not go from Aconcagua directly to the next stop, instead of back to Mendoza? In summary, this is a great tour, but we recommend you review the itinerary and through better planning and some extra time make it a more relaxing tour spread over over one or two more days.

Carolina Escurdero our tour leader was fabulous and went that extra mile for the tour participant's. One of the best I have had. 5 stars. The trip description as full on was accurate but could have said more about the fitness level required when doing the mountain treks as was challenging at times. Great trip otherwise would fully recommend to all

Rugged, Pristine Beauty

This adventure was absolutely fantastic. The rugged carved landscape is spectacular and endless and each day greeted us with a new beauty. Fitzroy Base Camp & Torres del Paine hikes along with the optional hikes offered were great to get out and explore the area. Perito Moreno Glacier is absolutely breathtaking and it was hard to leave when the time came. An absolute must!

Epic tour, professionally managed

We planned our epic trip to South America with Analia. She was excellent at listening, advising, tailoring, meeting expectations for our requirements to make this trip an amazing experience. Joaquina then took over to support and guide us through the finer details of the trip, and whilst we were on our holiday. We had access to a WhatsApp support for any queries along the way, a 24 hour emergency WhatsApp number also. The tours and guides were of all very good, with some guides standing out as excellent. We did find it a little annoying when on larger tours with multi lingual guides as we seemed to be in the minority. It felt like we weren't gaining from the same level of information as that delivered to the Spanish speaking! However, overall, the service was seamless, caring, friendly and professional. I would recommend the team without hesitation. Thank you 🙂🙂

Hugely memorable experience - stunning scenery, lovely people, food and wine! There was a LOT of travel by road but it gave you a sense of the vastness of the place. Our guides and drivers were all great - especially our tour leader Luciano who really made the trip for us and dealt exemplarily with the vagaries of the Patagonian weather! A fascinating tour.
