Honest insights from past guests on our Cruise Turkey tours
This tour gave me countless unforgettable memories, but the most special moment for me was the sunrise hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia. Floating above those unique valleys felt like a dream. Since returning to the U.S., I’ve recommended this tour to everyone I know. Huge thanks to Eskapas for their effort and warm smiles throughout, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
As a retired history teacher, this tour was a dream come true. Exploring ancient sites like Cappadocia and the Athens Acropolis brought so much history to life! I felt like I was diving into a living textbook at every turn. The guides’ detailed storytelling made it even more engaging. Cruise was good and the hotels were comfortable. Everything was fine.
Although the tour had a quick pace, it was well worth it. My highlights were Mykonos and Cappadocia; I loved the tranquil island atmosphere of Mykonos, and the breathtaking landscapes of Cappadocia felt like something out of a fairytale. Each destination offered its own charm.
The tour included several extra activities, and my spouse and I chose to do the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia, which was, by far, the highlight for us. There was also some free time built into the schedule in Santorni and Mykonos; we chose to relax As a vegetarian, I had no trouble finding suitable options, which was a relief. The hotels were comfortable and clean, all rated four stars. Overall, this is a tour I’d recommend to anyone.
This tour had a bit of everything, and that’s what made it memorable. I loved how toure guide kept things running seamlessly, giving us a perfect mix of guided activities and free time.
The tour was top quality. Every detail was thought out in advance, with careful planning you could really feel. The staff were responsible and clearly loved their work—it showed. We especially connected with our guide, Mehmet, who had both a strong grasp of history and a great sense of humor that brought positive energy to the group. Visiting the Mausoleum of Ataturk was an especially powerful moment, with Mehmet delivering an emotional and impactful explanation. As a history enthusiast, I was truly moved by the historical sites like Troy and Canakkale. Beyond that, the hotels and food were excellent, adding to a thoroughly memorable experience.
