This trip was fab, Cappadocia has an incredibly rare landscape that feels as if you are somewhere out of this world. The walks were varied and a lot greener than I thought they would have been, although you will have definitely seen Cappadocia in depth by the time you leave. You stay just outside of the main tourist town of Goreme which is nice because it's away from the hustle and bustle. I travelled in the last week of May so had some warmer days and some wetter, cooler ones but on a whole we were very lucky with the weather.

This tour was well-balanced, offering a perfect mix of structured activities and free time. I highly recommend it to everyone. Be sure to shop at the Grand Bazaar; it's a unique experience.

Completed this tour from December 27, 2021 to January 2, 2022. It was amazing. The routes went exactly as indicated in the plan, which is really worth a visit. I joined my family for the first 3 days of the tour and alone for the last 4 days of the tour. Mustafa the driver was very safe and friendly. Nadir the instructor was amazing, he clearly knows his stuff. He was very caring and kind. Highly recommend this tour. Seize the opportunity to get your money's worth in western Turkey! 5/5

First tour with Explore - experience exceeded my expectations! Minor negative (also shared by others in the group) was the ‘shared’ accommodation in Gey Village. Ok if I was in my 30’s but I’m in late 60’s. Worth investigating alternative accommodation options even if some additional busing might be required. Otherwise everything (guide, group, food, accommodation, transportation, and hikes/views) great! Won’t be my last tour with Explore!

This is the best way to experience the highlights of Turkey!!! All stops, travel times, every historic site is well planned and calculated! The upgrade to Cave Hotel was the highlight! And the tour wouldn't be the same without Eray! He was so kind, cared about each and every detail, and made our experience top notch!! Our driver was also next level - very nice and always fun!!
