Mr. Kadir - aka Rishi Kapoor, as he resembled very similar to the late Indian actor. Amazing tour guide who is always energized to pour out the most information about the country, the places of visit, and to explain the history of the Sultans, the politics, geographical significance, and cultural heritage of Turkey Very caring and friendly to everyone in the tour Also made few extra stops upon the request from the group to take special pictures at Maiden’s Tower and the Black Sea Extremely helpful in explaining and taking us to the right places to shop and eat He knew exactly when to stop for restroom breaks, when to wear the seat belts and take a nap in the bus, when/where to eat and when to watch right/left to not miss the special scenic spot. He named our group ‘The Instagram-friendly-group’ who insisted on stopping at all scenic spots Thank you Mr. Baris - The 5-star driver of the bus Extremely punctual, professional and well dressed model-like driver Most handsome person in ever seen in Turkey Always instructed the tour group to keep the bus clean and maintained it very well. Offered very smooth ride through the city roads to rainy streets to snow-covered mountain roads Thanks

Very good and satisfactory trip. I wish some care is taken of vegetarian diet people. Generally everywhere we went, just few options were available for us. It would be better if care is given to food options for vegetarians diet too.

Great trip and intinerary. We had a lot of fun, kudos to Europamundo for organising everything smoothly. Our tour guides Eda and Aydin were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions in detail. Few points of feedback- 1. The dinner served at few of the hotels were not upto the mark in quality and had a very limited spread. 2. For couples, we expect king size beds to be provided however few hotels provided smaller beds which were uncomfortable 3. Aydin was good tour guide however his command over English is a bit weak and hence sometimes it was difficult to follow his explanations.

Our tour to Turkey was wonderful. It was very well organized to maximize and enjoy the places we visited. Our tour guide Emine is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. Emine made sure to kept us informed of the history of every place we visited. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Our trip was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Emine, was very knowledgeable and professional. She was so loving to my mother-in-law and children on the tour bus. She really spent time to ensure that we learned a lot about Turkey. She made us fall in love with Turkey. It is a beautiful Country populated with friendly people.

1-The tour manager, Mr. K, was sometimes very rude, which brought the travelers morale and mood down. Instead of being entertained, they became sad and did not enjoy the whole day. However, he was supportive when some of the travelers came late due to any reason. 2- The buffet was not available; instead, selected items were served directly on a plate at the Hilton Garden Inn Safranbolu on the 10th of August. In the meal supplement, it was stated as a buffet.
