London to Rome Highlights

I wish they pick the better hotel. I know it’s budget friendly but at least with a clean room. Free diner in Switzerland not good.

Comfortable coach, hotels were great and great locations

Hotels in Venice and Florence could have been better.

Some of the hotels were in need of upkeep or renovations, ie. there was mold in a few of the tubs/showers on the wall and even on the shower curtain.

A very busy tour of Europe. Really enjoyed traveling with a group. Tour was as discribed. Excellent and caring guide and driver

More time needs to be buffered into the itinerary for foreseeable delays, especially at rest stops when only 30-45 minutes were allotted for restroom and dining breaks. Oftentimes the food service was slow and there were long waits to use the restrooms, which left little to no time to sit and "rest/eat". The coach was wonderfully equipped with power and the reclining seats were comfortable. The hotels were average but the service lacked severely. They did not seem to be capable of handling large or multiple tour groups.

If this is your first time, it is definitely the perfect introduction - all in one package that won't disappoint. You will learn so much from your amazing Tour Director, who is passionate about giving you an amazing experience and will astound you with their knowledge. I will definitely recommend this tour. You will get more than you expected.

Amazing upgrade on previous tour 15 years ago although we thoroughly enjoyed that tour as much as this. The whole package was true value ..exceeded our expectations..well done!

It's rushed and expensive (with tips and optional tours) Our bus, guide and motels were fine. But always have way more money than you expect.

Fun itinerary-fast paced be ready to walk! Showed all the major sights in each place we visited. I would have preferred to know the outline of the entire itinerary for the trip in advance to try to plan a few excursions on my own. I understand that is tricky due to exact timing with weather and traffic.

This was a fabulous trip. It is very fast paced as we visited 4 countries, so you will be traveling on a bus for several hours. We saw so much and had a wonderful tour director as well as a great driver Fortunato. I would recommend that you sign up for all of the tour experiences as well. They are well worth the money.

It is fast paced, but you get to see all the sites and the cities. There is enough free time to explore on your own.

This was a whirlwind trip that let us go to the most iconic places but with fantastic personal service.

The itinerary was good and enable us to visit the maximum number of places within the duration of the trip. Great tour director and coach driver, hotels were reasonably good.

Well planned and organized. Highlights were informative. Time was given to learn about the sites as well as shop.

The itinerary was great, and loved the option of having the choice experiences. Definitely early starts everyday, but it's understandable considering how much ground we covered.

My partner and I took London to Rome 8 day tour in June 2025. Our tour director was , He was great - and even better if you appreciate and understand British humour. Before we took the trip, I never imagined I'd go on a coach tour anywhere until I was well into retirement, but there was a good group on our bus and we got along on, maybe even made a lifelong friend or two. The tour itself was fantastic. I did all the optional experiences, my favourite of which was the final dinner in Rome. I highly recommend this tour, and the optional side trips were well worth it

It was fast whirlwind tour, however we did a lot of great sightseeing.

The amount of information and guides given to each tourist destination

Very full itinerary. We saw alot in a short period of time. Alloed me to see the highlights and determine where I would like to return to explore more.

The itinerary was excellent, and included some of the most iconic sights in Europe (Big Ben, Eiffel Tower, Swiss Alps, Venice Gondolas, Rome's Colosseum, etc). It would not have been possible to do on our own in only 10 days, so the tour was a fantastic option for us. As a family of four, it was so convenient to have all the essentials (hotels and transportation) planned out. The coach was comfortable and clean. The driver was very skilled on the European highways and narrow roads. A smooth ride (judging from most of us sleeping soundly for a lot of the ride time!). The hotels are the only reason one star is deducted. Although they were all clean and comfortable enough, I do wonder if there are better options out there (while keeping within the Costsaver budget guidelines). The London hotel was excellent, and the Lucerne hotel was next best. The rest of the hotels were so-so (Rome being the most weathered). Again, they were clean and comfortable enough, but just not what we are used to in Canada/North America. So if you mentally prepare for it, you'll be ok. The included breakfasts though, are outstanding in comparison to included breakfast hotels in Canada/North America. So delicious and have amazing variety. Something to be aware of: not all the optional excursions listed, will be offered. If you can, email your Travel Director ahead of time and ask, as you don't want to miss out on something you'd like to see. They may have an idea of what will be offered. For example, the Galleria Accademia (Statue of David in Florence) optional excursion listed, was not offered on my tour. Fortunately I managed to book a separate tour for it (with a different company), as we really wanted to see it. Our Travel Director graciously helped us fit it into the schedule. She also helped us squeeze in the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel tour (I also purchased through another tour company), as it was not in her itinerary. She tried her best to ensure we saw all we wanted to, while also staying on schedule with her itinerary. She was a wizard! Overall an excellent tour, with wonderful memories made with our family (and the rest of the tour group, a fun bunch of people!).

This trip is pegect for those who are short on time not sure what to see or do. The tour director was very knowledgeable and gave intersting facts. I got to see the most important things in each country and when i return i know what and where I'm going. Dont miss out. Definitely worth it.

There is no way you could do everything, so if theres something you are really hoping to do/see, thats not on the itinerary, you can deviate from the plan and meet up with the group later.

The best way to see Europe for the price value and places to visit worth every penny spent..

Satisfied all round. Affordable. Hotels were habitable. Sights visited were of interest to me

Great tour, was not aware of some hidden cost with the tours But enjoyed them anyway

Well prepared with lots of things to do. A little bit more time for getting food during the meal.times would be nice.

It is a lot to do but you get a lot out of it

That you're not forthcoming with the hotel services.The dinners we paid for also ****. Except for the driver who was extra nice, the whole trip made us feel we were shortchanged.

Although it was a quick itinerary there was still plenty of free time
