England Tours and Trips for Young Adults

The trip of a lifetime made possible thanks to contiki and our phenomenal trip manager and driver. I arrived to Europe as a first visitor with little knowledge and left with an abundance of experiences, history learned and friends made.

It was great! I liked that we got put with people we were friendly with in the accommodation. Time management was great. The amount of free time was very good.

What worked well about our trip was that before the trip even began we took it upon ourselves to meet up for drinks to allow ourselves to get the know each other a bit before the trip started. This was useful and and think it would be good for other groups to do as well because it meant that on day one we weren’t complete strangers and we had an idea of who a couple people were. The destinations that we went to everyday were breathtaking and even though we’re saw so much each day was a new adventure and experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. Going on the European Adventure allowed me to meet people who have now become life long friends that I can’t imagine my life without them while also allowing me to tick off placed on my bucket list that I never thought I would have been able to see. This trip had thought me so much not only about myself but also about Europe and the history of the world that we live in.

I absolutely loved every aspect of this trip. Most of the free time add ons were more than worth it and the cities we visited were relevant and fun. I’m glad to chose this option as a way to travel abroad for the first time! The adventures on Lochness were one of my favorites!

My Contiki was honestly one of the best travel decisions I’ve made. Everything was well organized transport, accommodation, and the add on activities . so I could actually relax and enjoy each place instead of stressing about logistics. Our Trip Manager and driver were incredible and made every day fun, even the long coach rides. We packed in so many experiences I never would’ve found on my own, from local spots to bucket-list sights, plus plenty of free time to explore how we wanted. If you’re on the fence about booking, just do it. It’s the perfect mix of structure and freedom, and the people you meet make it unforgettable. I had a great experience and I’ll definitely recommend Contiki to anyone who wants to travel without the hassle and with the best energy.

Contiki's Great Britain and Ireland trip went beyond my expectations. Our trip manager and coach driver were the best people we could ask for - they were friendly, super organised and fun. The tour left no stone unturned as we made our way through England, Scotland and Ireland with two night stays in places which had lots to offer - Edinburgh, Glasgow and Galway. This trip was my first ever overseas trip and first solo, and it was the perfect first. Everyone on the trip was super friendly, which made it easy to find a circle of friends.
